    Ordered a pair of sock and shorts on 11/30, I received an email that the shipping label was created but the package was never picked up. I havent received any further information. Ive email customer service 3 times on different days and no response. I ordered this for a Christmas present and it obviously wont be here on time. Its extremely frustrating and disappointing.

    I placed an order for a pair of underwear on 12/10 (Order #*******) as a Christmas gift for my son. The payment has been processed, but I have not received any tracking information. Ive reached out twice via email and sent direct messages on their social media accounts, but have yet to receive a response. The company does not have a phone number listed, email is my only way to contact them.

    I placed an order on 12/4/24 for two boxers & one pair of socks. Order # is *******. I received a confirmation email on 12/4/24 and then a shipping email on 12/9/24. I have yet to receive my order (12/23/24). The tracking info states, "pre-shipment, shipping label created - **** awaiting item." This is a Christmas gift. I emailed last week (12/19/24) and again on 12/22/24 but have not received any response. I tried calling the company, but no one answered. I've sent messages to their FB and Instagram accounts with no response.

    I placed my order and received confirmation on 12/5/24 and have yet to receive any updates or communication from the company. I don't know if my order has been shipped or lost or anything.

    On December 13, 2024 I placed an order for socks. After I hit the "complete" button I realized I made a typo on the email address. On or around Decmeberf 16, I sent an email to the company asking them to correct my email address as I did not receive a confirmation. I received an auto generated response. On 12/18, I sent another request and received another auto generated ************** I looked at my bank account to see if there was a phone number. I called ***************. No one picked up the phone. I looked at this BBB site and found a phone number. I called it with no response.This was a Christmas gift! I know everyone is busy, but a *** could have contacted me. I just want to know:1. Did you get my order 2. The tracking number 3. Did my order ship and when can I expect it.I would LOVE my recipients to receive their gift.********* "****" ********

    I ordered socks on 12/1, received an email they were in pre-shipment status on 12/9. **** has not received the package yet. I sent an email several days ago and another on yesterday and have not received a response. I ordered this on 12/1 and it is now 12/19 without even leaving Rock Em Socks warehouse which is unacceptable. Please respond or I will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    On November 19th 2024 I made a purchase from rock em socks. Was notified that **** that label was created but nothing sense then. I have reached out Monday the 16th and then have tried many ways to just get communication and nothing has happened.

    I placed an order with Rockemsocks on 11/26 and have yet to receive my order. I have contacted them twice asking for an update. To date I have received a tracking number on 11/5 but the status says that the label has been created but not sent out for shipping. I just want my money back if I cant get what I ordered. It was to be a Christmas present and it wont get to me in time now unless they rush it.

    I placed my order on 12/12/24. I have received an order confirmation and NOTHING else. I have used the "Contact Us" form 2 times on their website, but there is no other information about how long shipping will take, or if the item will even arrive before Christmas. I would cancel the order, but there is NO WAY TO DO THAT! I only ordered from this company because my son only asked for 2 items for Christmas and these socks were one of those. It is extremely frustrating when a company cannot give you a timeline, or updates, especially when you contact that via email. DO BETTER!
