    Dear Southern Management Systems,I am writing to formally dispute the inaccurate collection account reported by **********************, located at *******************************************, on my credit report. This account reflects a balance of $1,443.00, posted on November 7, 2024, and is associated with partial account number ********************* account is fraudulent and invalid. I gave proper notice to vacate my previous property manager before moving out, and no outstanding balance should exist. The address associated with this account is not mine, and I have never resided there. I was never notified of this alleged balance or given the opportunity to dispute it before it was sent to collections.Additionally, the current management of ****************** Lofts confirmed that the previous management company no longer exists and verified that they have no record of any balance under my name. This confirms the accounts inaccuracy.This erroneous reporting has caused significant harm to my credit and placed an undue burden on my health. As someone living with a diagnosed medical disability, the stress from this error has exacerbated my condition, creating an unnecessary obstacle to maintaining my well-being.The fabricated fees and misrepresentation of my information violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). I am requesting the immediate removal of this account from all credit bureaus and my LexisNexis file. Please provide written confirmation of this correction within 30 days.Failure to resolve this matter promptly may result in legal action to recover damages, including harm to my credit score, financial stability, emotional well-being, and the health impact of this unnecessary ********* verify my identity:Social Security Number: XXX-XX-7629 Date of Birth: 04-xx-1978 I am prepared to provide additional documentation if necessary.     I move out from Trailside Student Living( ***********************************) apartment 4102 on September 5th. I hadnt received any updates or notifications about move out charges or cleaning fees since then. Three months later, my guarantor, which is my mom, received a mail from ******* Management System today, which is a debt collector, saying I owed Trailside apartment ****** dollars of move out charges. There isnt a list of specific charges or individual damages on the mail. No information is provided on what exactly was damaged in 4102 and how much it costs exactly to clean/fix.
