  As a Board Member I would not recommend this company. On all fronts this company fails: billing, service, and communication. Heads up to any HOA using this company to seek another vendor.

  Exclusive Landscaping Group was selected by our HOA to maintain grounds in our subdivision. While they show up like clockwork to mow and trim the lawns, at my house and many others, they've had issues with sprinklers leading to dead grass throughout the neighborhood. They request we enter issues into their ticketing system but those tickets go months without a response. When they finally do respond, they close the ticket saying they adjusted or fixed the sprinklers. The sod has been dead for months and fixing the sprinklers is good, however watering the dirt (where grass used to be) is not going to bring the lawn back to life. After dozens of calls and emails to my HOA and to Exclusive, I'm still getting unacceptable results. If you manage a HOA and are looking for a company to provide landscape services I suggest you avoid Exclusive at all costs... There are companies that have the desire and professionalism to properly maintain the grounds in your community, but Exclusive isn't one of them. Buyer be warned!

  Very poor customer service. Do not maintain their contractual duties with my HOA. Would definitely never recommend.

  They claim they are professionals. This is far from the truth. They whacked my patio screen about 2 months ago. Been calling and getting the run around from Christian and Tanya. They keep saying they will escalate to the field manager. I actually believe they tried but sadly the field manager doesn't seem to care at all and no one is getting back to me. I called the office repeatedly and it's the same old story, acting as if I'm unreasonable for expecting a reply. ASSOCIATIONS should not use them! Many in my neighborhood complain about them more than any other service we had.
