I would not even give them a star. Took months to get my roof done and that only happened after I threatened to **** They admitted to taking my deposit and using it to buy supplies for another job that was overdue. Then had to wait for enough funds to do my roof. Took 5 months of calls and texts and emails. Awful, stressful experience.

Nationwide Exteriors laid off 95% of their workforce. They refuse to return calls and have not completed work.

Home owners considering services from Nationwide Exteriors or Nationwide Roofing (same company) are urged to proceed with extreme caution. On the day this review was published Nationwide had a revoked BBB accreditation and a D- rating due to consistent failures to respond to inquiries via text, email, and calls. Beyond Frustration: While unresponsive communication is certainly troubling, the true cause for alarm lies in the quality of their work. Recent concerns from our roof project have emerged regarding the company's roofing practices, including: Installation of Shingles With Inconsistent Wind Speed Ratings: We found shingles with varying wind speed ratings, Owens Corning Duration, rated 130 mph were installed on our roof field and Owens Corning Supreme, rated 60 mph installed on the roof ridge. How do we know, by reviewing the pictures we took of the manufacturer's packaging marked Duration and Supreme. The lower wind speed rating reduces the wind resistance of the entire roof and compromises the overall roof's stability. Check what's being delivered to you by making sure roofing products are compatible with each other within the same brand ie. GAF, Owens Corning or CertainTeed on their website. If the brand being delivered isn't one of the three just mentioned then the quality is likely in the low economy range. Now get this; Nationwide's first attempt to deliver shingles was branded TAMKO. These were not listed on the contract and quickly turned away. Additionally, their failure to deliver on contractual agreements and questionable practices raises concerns about their reliability and commitment. Don't hesitate to seek legal counsel or inquire to the District Attorney (I don't know when fraud is committed but the DA does). Remember I'm not a lawyer and the aforementioned is not legal advice but I am the guy who had to bring in another roofing company to correct issues created by Nationwide Exteriors/Nationwide Roofing.

Honestly, I have never had such a bad experience in my life, as I currently have with this company NATIONWIDE Exteriors!!! Only empty promises!!! And the thing nothing done!!! A lot of people were cheated!!! I broke the contract with them, seeing so many Injustices, and now they want me fine money over 4000 dollars from my insurance check $!!! As early as April 26 /2023 I concluded a contract but I personally gave them the check from the beginning of the summer of this year June 2023 for over $20,000 and they lost it!!! Honestly, this was also my luck, because if we dropped the check in their hands, I would only see neither the roof made nor the money, as other people in my community have also experienced, they were deceived and they collected their checks after which they did not they still have roofs to this day!!! Lucky me I saw the complaints of the SCAMED people on Channel 9 news, and BBB !!! Thank you Channel 9 ??and thank you BBB!!!??

I am getting quite frustrated with this company. They have already gone beyond the promised date to start on my roof and the reason why I was given by the contractor was that they were falling behind due to the number of roofs that need to be done. In the meantime, all of my surrounding neighbors who went with other companies have gotten their roofs finished for the same weather event (hail), while I am still waiting. Out of frustration, I have contacted the office three times already, and I get the same old answer that they are waiting on pending materials, which is clearly not the same answer as what was given to me by the contractor. When they have promised to call back and keep communication, they have failed every time and when I do get an answer back after I have made several efforts to get in contact with them, I get no answer on the estimated time the project will be started or an "I'm sorry" which does nothing to help rectify the situation. If I don't receive an answer back from within one week, I will be forced to take action and other measures to get my full money back and go with another company. I hope that it doesn't come to this.

Nationwide Exteriors is a disreputable company. It was horrible to deal with our roof replacement in 2002, taking seven weeks to complete the job when it should have taken no more than 2. For three weeks our roof sat incomplete, waiting for tiles and workers to arrive. While our project was the first of four in a 4-townhome HOA, NWE stopped working on ours and used the tiles delivered for our roof to complete a neighbor's roof in 2 weeks, though their job was next in line. NWE officers never responded to our calls/emails and complaints. The third roof to be replaced also took seven weeks to complete, but not satisfactorily. The new roof had multiple leaks because broken tiles were installed. NWE was supposed to start on the fourth roof immediately after finishing the third in May 2023. Tiles were even delivered with the expectation work would begin. Two months later the tiles were still in the driveway and no work had begun, prompting our HOA to write NWE a letter demanding that the tiles be removed. Work on the final roof project finally began in late July 2023, with roofers removing the old roof tiles. That process took a day and a half, and no further work has been done since. Meanwhile, two full dumpsters and stacks of tiles sit in our driveway, and NWE doesn't respond to the homeowner's calls asking when work will resume. How this company has stayed in business is a mystery to the homeowners of the Arbors HOA. We strongly recommend against using this company.

I contracted with Nationwide Exteriors in February 2023 to replace the siding on my home. I gave them a $5,000 deposit and they cashed it. Since then, I have reached out to my sales person five times via text, asking to schedule the work. I have left multiple voicemails with their national office asking for someone to call me back to schedule the work. I have sent two emails to both my sales person and their national support email address asking for someone to contact me to set up the work. I have received absolutely no response whatsoever over the course of two months of effort to contact them. In essence, they took $5,000 and disappeared. I regret my decision to engage with this company and I expect that I will have to hire legal counsel to recover my funds, if that's even possible.

I have never dealt with a more dysfunctional company. They don’t answer calls or texts for months at a time, forget to schedule you, they are misleading, only attentive when it comes to initial deposit, and no one has a clue what’s going on. Thankfully, the company who actually worked on my home was a subcontractor. ***** **** ******* and *** *******, the subs, were good people and did a great job. I’d avoid NEX, Nationwide Roofing, or whatever they decide to call themselves today. That should’ve been the first sign to avoid them. Absolute clown show of a company.
