  I sent a garment for dry cleaning and they washed it instead. In the process of tending to my garment, something must have happend. They garment had something stuck to it and and there were streaks on it as well that look like it was bleached. This was a brand new skirt I had not worn so I know when I sent it for DRY CLEANING NOT WASHING (I could have done that myself) . I recently took the garment out of it's plastic to wear only to discover what was mentioned previously (there were several nicks in the fabric as well). I contacted them and I they told me they could not do anything since it past the 30 days. After much back and forth and sending them pictures, they only offered me $20.00 credit citing that they found the garment on sale for $29.99 and left it at that. I did not by directly form the clothing line, but through a different website which cost me twice as much. Also, they place a NON-removable tag in your garments which I was not aware of and would mare the garment if you try to remove. So not only is the skirt damaged it also has a permanent tag I cannot remove.

  While we understand the customer’s position is that the garment was in “perfect condition” when sent in for cleaning. We have not seen the garment in over 3 months; skirt was last cleaned back in November 2022 along with the top to match. Something to keep in mind is that leaving freshly cleaned garments in the plastic bag can cause yellowing, staining, mildew growth, and weakening of fibers. Our company does NOT use any type of bleach and BOTH garments were dry-cleaned according to care label. Doing research online; we did find the same skirt for no more than $69.99 and currently on sale for $29.99. We do not believe that replacement of a skirt that we have not seen in over 3 months is a reasonable expectation, but it was in good faith that a credit for the current value of the skirt was offered in this case.
  
  Customer has been using us since September 2022 and never mentioned anything about not wanting any barcodes on her garments (this in an option). However, she was asked to bring garments back for us to safely removed them and make sure all the adhesive residue comes off the garment.
