              We have had a Cf fitness membership for some time. I am a disabled veteran with ptsd and joined due their cardio room. A place o can use without loud noise or crowds. They removed this part of the gym a few months before I returned from a surgery. I spoke with a young woman and gave here a letter of cancelation. She told me her manager was not in but would have it taken care of. *** we are getting calls from a debit collector. The membership should have been canceled as I can not use this gym for medical reasons. The staff has been good their just removed the part of the gym I needed.

              I’ve been a regular of this gym for well over ten years. Very loyal and have referred friends, Family, colleagues, and just random people whom ask me about gyms. Over the years I’ve seen the changes (not for the better). But stayed loyal! I am a regular who goes to the gym at least 5 times a week. Never had any issues. I’ve heard others speak on their experiences and how they felt they were treated. But i was quite in shock, because that had not been my experience. I’ve always treated the staff with respect and the other guest. But the manager Otto Jordan lacks the ability to provide customer service. He speaks to you in a very condescending way and don’t care. I cannot believe that my years of loyalty has ended because of one individual whom thinks he’s the owner. Doesn’t not realize that it’s loyal people like myself, have made it possible for him to be in the position he’s in. I will be very loud about my experience and make sure everyone is aware of how racist he is and his behavior. It’s unacceptable and he should not be in a position to where he feels comfortable to treat people the way that he does.

              Thank you for the opportunity to respond to our customer's complaint.  Customer fails to provide the details surrounding the conversations that was had with the our manager.  Customer has had 4 separate memberships with our gym over the years with 3 of those being terminated for failure to pay and being sent to collections.  The most recent account was sent to collections on 5/16/23 after customer had not made a payment since 1/31/23.  Although he had not paid his monthly dues, customer used the club more than 60 times while he was past due and even joined on a new membership during that time to avoid paying the past due balance on his existing membership.  Manager met with customer to explain the situation and stayed for half an hour trying to explain the situation.  The manager was not condescending and was respectful in trying to explain the situation, but member simply did not like what he had to say.
