    You have about 2 hours to design the interior of your home and only 24 hours to make changes. That is unacceptable and unreasonable. We went with Pulte Finance to get the "credits." It took us three days to gather all the information they requested, submitted it and got an email back thanking us and letting us know they have everything they need. 4 months go by and crickets, house not even started. We contacted them and asked what was up. They told us they were waited for us to submit the paperwork. "WAIT, WHAT?" Sent them the email we received from them thanking us and that they have what they need. Receive an unprofessional email back, "OH, TEE HEE, MY BAD." Why did they not contact 4 months ago and let us know? The "credits" are a joke. We checked with our banks we have accounts with and the closing cost are about $5000 less than Pulte, about the same amount of the "credit." Same goes for the interior credits. Don't be fooled, do your research. Their insurance is also a joke. We had our insurance guy go through it line by line and basically if something goes wrong, Pulte is covered not you and coverage is minimal at best. Our house at this point has been sitting idle for over 2 months. Checked on the progress one day and they put a step where it should not be. Went to the office, sales person and project manager were there and brought up our blueprint and sure enough it should not be there. Can't change it because we would lose head clearance. Then the salesperson asked me, "explain to me why you want it removed.?" Yup you read that right. I would have been fine with this except their attitude, "oh well live with it and they offered nothing to make it right. I should have gone with my gut and walked when we signed the purchase agreement, Pulte gives themselves 1 year to complete your house. It should not take a year; the pandemic is over. I live dead center of 7 other builders and watch houses go up in 4 months twice the size of ours. The scary part is our house
