I ordered a breather and case from PN Medical on 12/14/2023 through their website. I paid on 12/14/2023 via PayPal. I reached out to their customer service chat on their website on 12/21/2023 to find out if my order had shipped yet or when it would ship. It was a Christmas gift. I was told it would not ship until after Christmas. I requested them to cancel my order as of 12/21/2023. PN Medical acknowledged that my order was indeed cancelled. On 12/29/2023 I reached out to PN Medical via PayPal asking when I could expect my refund for the cancelled order. On 1/2/2024 I received a shipment notification about the order that was cancelled on 12/21/2023. At this point, anything that PN Medical was shipping me was unsolicited. I thought that maybe it was an error. On 1/4/2024, I received 2 products from PN Medical. I immediately emailed PN Medical asking them why they shipped me anything as I did not have an order with them any longer. I once again inquired about my refund. On 1/4/2024, ************************* emailed me apologizing and stating they were working on a PayPal refund. She tagged **************** asking if they could complete the refund by 1/8/2024. On 1/10/2024, I reached out again in regards to the refund. on 1/10/2024 ************************* answered via email stating that they were working on my refund and they were having technical issues due to severe weather. Also on that date, PN Medical responded to my PayPal dispute saying that they shipped out products and I received them on 1/4/2024. Keep in mind that these products became unsolicited and unordered products on 12/21/2023 when the order was cancelled and confirmed cancelled by PN Medical. On 1/12/2024, now customer care sent a return label and I have been told I will not receive a refund for my cancelled order from 12/21/2023 unless I print the label, package the unsolicited stuff, drive to the post office and return the unsolicited merchandise PN Medical sent that was received on 1/4/2024.Customer response

Purchased a product from them /Paid for it through******* / I received an email for address verification / Verification done / No product to date. Order made July 28/22. Last email correspondence from PNMedical stating they would send the product was 8/16/22. No further responses to my emails or phone messages left on their customer service numbers has been returned. I attempted another round with all the information they may need to track down my order but it seems like I will not receive the product or a refundBusiness response

As protocol, order was placed on hold and customer was contacted. No response from customer. Was contacted via ****** of dispute and case. Customer received refund of product. See attachments of customer emails and******* credit. Would be happy to answer any questions regarding our processes and or systems we use to validate addresses before shipment. This company did not respond to any of my numerous attempts to contact them through the customer service phone numbers or emails. Refunded only after contacting the BBB. Thank-you for your help.
