      ****** ******* Rotech tech brought out new oxygen machine on Christmas Day within 1 1/2 hour after calling. He set up the machine, provided new hoses and explained how to call for maintenance once a year. He was polite, efficient and answered all my questions. Im very pleased with Mr ******* and Rotech. ********* ****** 12/25/2024.

      This company is by far the worst place ever to use when dealing with equipment that you need for your health. They do not fill your prescriptions and always have an excuse that they dont have your paperwork when you know they do. They do not help you. They are nasty and they always have an excuse as to why you cant get your supplies. Theres no wonder why they have a F rating. Theres a high number of bad suppliers but to me, they are at the top of the list. Please do not trust something so important to this place.

      I just got my supplies from Rotech instead of sending me the 5 x 7 super absorbent Metro extra they only sent me 5 x 5 not only that they only sent me 30 when I need a 60 for my Wound and they told me that the insurance wont OK because of the size of the wound This is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with is like they do not understand ********** at all I tried to explain to them that the 5 x 5 absorbent pad is not large enough to cover the wound. They just simply wasnt grasping or understanding that part.

      If I could give Rotch a negative rating it would be negative 1000. ****************. The absolute WORST to deal with. I can never reach their customer service line. It's always busy. On the rare occasion I do get ahold of someone, they never know the answer to my simple questions, speak in very, VERY broken English, are very rude, or generally lie to get you off the phone quickly. In addition to that, their billing department are crooks! They never credit your account properly, always list bills you've paid as "unpaid", or never credit your account properly. We rented oxygen bottles and an oxygen generator from them. I got so frustrated in dealing with them, we finally returned all their rented equipment by June 2024 and outright purchased the oxygen generator from another supplier, who was very responsive to our needs, very friendly, and very good to work with. And guess what? Rotech Healthcare is still billing us for all the rented equipment we returned in June 2024.This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Soon I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and will not ever gives these crooks another dime.

      I'm just finding out I'm not crazy. My doctor set me up with these people 4 months ago. I agree with everything others have posted. I can't see how this company is still even in business. You call the same toll free number for everything and you get someone from any place in the country. If you get Florida you can't understand the ***** because they come from all over the world and their accents are so heavy you can't understand them. You can't make heads or tails of any bill, invoice online, text or what whomever you talk to that day tells you. They just want you to pay pay pay but can't tell you what for. They ALL RUDE RUDE. LIES and threats ti reposess my CPAP machine as if I didn't pay my mortage or something. Watch you CC charges. My advise would be stay away. MY insurance company told me I would be paying a certain amount for 10 months then I would own the machine. IF I ever get to this point I am cutting them off and buying my supplies on my own.

      The months-long fights, with constantly contradictory responses, to get basic medical equipment is beyond anything anyone should have to endure.

      This company is THE WORST. I have spent over 20 hrs this year correcting billing errors. Sometimes they bill as Rotech and sometimes as Oxygen Plus. When they bill as Oxygen Plus it gets billed out of network. I swear they do this to try to get money from people who don't watch their bills. They also say they balance bill to my secondary insurance, but they never have. I had to fight them in the beginning to get itemized bills. Be very, very careful with them. They incorrectly bill. And good luck if you call customer service they are completely clueless and most speak very broken English. I asked to speak to a supervisor once. They have to enter a ticket for one to call you in approximately 5 business days. When I did get a call the manager was extremely rude even while admitting they had messed up the billing.

      If I could give it a zero I would. Recently my order in addition to being sent to wrong address they sent me large masks instead of medium. Called them to correct their mistake they refused to exchange these unopened masks. Having to use one large they sent I ended up with air blowing in my eyes while using. This caused me to have floaters in my eyes requiring a doctor visit and now medication. Their customer service people are the most unpleasant I have ever had to deal with. Never again will I deal with this company for any supplies.

      If I could give a negative star rating I would. Besides being non responsive, unprofessional, lack of consideration, lack of **** knowledge, lack of any type of customer service from the manage, she was rude and arrogant. The **** machine received through them a couple months after the first year is not working properly. We were informed they do not handle this brand of **** even though we purchased it through them and would not offer satisfactory assistance. The fact that it is a health issue to have a working **** did not seem to matter to them at all - their attitude was "not my concern.
