      This company has been selling information not just about me, but they included phone numbers for 3 of my Family members. If this is not illegal to sell my data against my wishes surely it is to include addresses and phone numbers of 3 of my family members against my will. I have paid money to have a company try to have this info removed and am still waiting for them to do so. This business has a very long list of complaints and something should be done. Thanks for any help with this matter.

      Should have been billed 1.00 for 5 day trial. Was billed *****. Would like my money returned and ALL my personal banking info destroyed and my subscription canceled. They're not clear, upfront and honest and they know it.

      I purchased the $1 trial for a report then I get a message from my bank saying that it charged $29.16 which I did not want and therefore I want a refund this is ridiculous

      Thought it was a one time fee of $1.00. I now have been charged twice for a service I do not want. I have already canceled any future payment to them. I feel they took $29.16 that I didn't know about. They are a scam and they should not be allowed to be in business. I can not afford to be taken advantage of.

      On April 5,between 7:00 & 9:30, I signed up for a 5 day trial at Check **************************,for $1.00. I checked my balance less than an hour later and found that the company did not even wait the 5 days to charge me the subscription price including the dollar for the 5 days. I have already sent them an email demanding my money they stole to be returned to my account,which has been ignored. So,that's what brings me here. I don't have a tracking number or order number. But I believe they have an account set up which I have never used since the day I set it up.Any help will be appreciated. I would love to see these guys get fined and throw under the jail,but that's not going to happen. I'll try to call again tomorrow since I haven't yet talked with them because of work and time zone difficulties.Sincerely,*** ****

      I paid the $1 dollar to look someone up. I made a conscious effort to avoid the ~7 dollar PDF download charge, and a couple days later I received a "Do you recognize this charge for $29.16 @CHECKPEOP?" text from my bank. So I immediately replied No, and called my bank. They recommended that my card be canceled and a new one with a new number be sent. Then, a few days after I was issued the new card, I get another "Do you recognize this charge for $29.16 @CHECKPEOP" ON THE NEW CARD NUMBER I NEVER EVEN GAVE THIS COMPANY! This company is literally a scam and should be taken down.

      This checkpeople company was suppose to give me a full background report fof $1.00 for 5 days. I cancelled 10 minutes later because of the amount of inaccurate and/or outdated information. But thry charged me $29.17 although thrir emailed receipt says 1.00. It has caused an ovetdraft to occur and the bank will be charging $34.50 for that.

      Checkpeople charged my checking account $29.16 on April 12, 2025. I never signed up for this and have no idea who they are. I am working with my bank but wanted to report this.
