      Waste of time and money. Hired the ticket clinic for a recent citation. Note, this is the first ticket I've received in over 5 years. 2 months after hiring, I receive a notice of suspension of my license from ****** because they must not have filed a request for hearing in time. Fast forward to yesterday, I receive my case results and it is for the full amount of my ticket plus a requirement to attend 4 hours of driving school. I called ticket clinic to express my disappointment and there was nothing they could offer but say sorry. My guess is the court did not offer a reduced sentence because of their late filing. ***Would NOT recommend***

      Ticket Clinic is a SCAM! Paid them $99 for results I could have done myself for FREE, if I pleaded not guilty, and went to the courthouse myself! Now on top of the $264 fine, I have lost $99 as well, by paying a giant SCAM ARTIST, to do the work I could have done myself. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE CHEATED LIKE EVERYONE ELSE! SCAM ALERT, SCAM ALERT Do it yourself for free...

      This business is a scam, and they are all over *******. I will never use this money grab to represent me ever again. They are slime *****. What they dont tell you is that most of the tickets you get handed unless its for something egregious, you wont get points for. Then when they send you an email saying we got your ticket thrown out, now you have to pay court costs 3x as high as the fine would have been for the ticket, despite not doing anything at all. Most of the time if you show up to court the ticket will get reduced or dropped anyway. This business is sleazy and I will never use them again. ******** excuse for a business.

      This is a huge scam. They take your money then you end up having to pay court cost no matter what its cheaper just to pay for the ticket and attend the driving class.

      They **** IMO. They give very vague "non responses" to anyone who states in a review that they didn't do a good job! "Oh we can't discuss it. " But bottom line is - if they really did their job right, there wouldn't be so MANY negative complaints on here against them! For every one 'good review' (which could also possibly be a family member posting for them to try to counteract the tons of negative ones) there are TONS of negative ones! Their rebuttals are BS. Buyer Beware. IMO- Steer clear of this business! I will never do business with them again! If I could I'd give zero stars!

      Terrible experience all around. Paid my $99 to make my speeding ticket go away. Instead, I was fined. When I spoke on the phone to a legal assistant who was pretty much unintelligible, he told me that I had a fine of $123, court costs $35, and $84 surcharge (it's one of the universe's mysteries what this is for, why it's $84, or who receives it). The only recourse that my 'representation' provided was for me to call the county. I couldn't speak to anyone who actually went to law school because it's Saturday. Awful customer service, Awful rendering of services, and bad attitude to boot. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND based on my experience.

      Thanks to their experience and skill, Ticket Clinic achieved a favorable result in my case. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend their services to anyone who needs help with traffic ticket matters. In short, my experience with Ticket Clinic was exceptional. His professionalism, legal knowledge, and dedication to the client made the process much easier and less stressful than I had expected. Thanks again for your excellent work.

      Zero stars. This is a scam. I got a ticket and it was about $180. Called them and it was half. Wow! Sounds great. Afterwards I get a bill for court fees. Now I'm paying more than the original ticket. Like over a hundred more.
