I called George's repair to come out and they sent Gabriel. When he came out he fixed my dishwasher and washing machine however the dishwasher was not fixed after its 1st wash. The same problem was happening where the power would shut off after each wash. After contacting him several times he said he would order the other part which he thought it could be that a wire but instead he put a board panel in I also called the company and they said they would have him come out and all I would have to pay for was the new part. However it's been 2 weeks and they still have It's not returned any of my messages or calls with a time frame or when they're going to be back out. It is not professional for a company not to have any communication after I reached out so many times. They vanished and do not want to finish the job that they started and I've already paid for them to fix it since I thought it was fixed the 1st time.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/24) */ We have refunded both transactions and deposits of the dishwasher repair we completed to Mrs. ******. Before receiving the notice of complaint we had a phone call with the customer in which we told her that we were going to refund all the deposits made for the dishwasher repair directly to her credit card since we could not find the wire that was needed to complete the repair, it was discontinued and in backorder at our reliable suppliers. The customer agreed with the solution and we ended up in very good terms with the customer. We apologize for the delay in response, we will take this experience as feedback to improve our customer service more everyday and make sure our customers always have excellent experiences with George's Appliance Repair.
