  Due to a water leak we were unable to open the mattress we received in 30 days. When we did start to open the mattress there were dead bugs in the different levels of plastic and underneath the plastic on the mattress itself. I called the company and the gentleman did not sound surprised at all. He told us due to the length of time from delivery the source of the bugs couldnt be determined, but to email photos for them to review. **************** was horrible. I called twice. The first time no one answered and then second time I was told to expect an email response from them soon because he didnt work that department. I did not get an email that day so I let them know we were removing from the department because we were nervous of what bugs might be inside the mattress. It wasnt until the next day they reached back out to offer a free mattress protector or we pay to ship our opened mattress back to them to them. They knew the mattress was outside because I had told them the night before after they wouldnt give me an update on the review. It would cost hundreds of dollars to send it back and with the price of the mattress it didnt make financial sense to do so. I emailed them my frustration with the solutions offered and received no response. I was informed that this has never happened before, but I have a hard time believing that. We will never work with this company or website again.

  Avoid this place horrible customer service. The sold a junk bed frame and now want me to pay shipping to get a new one. Nope

  Horrible service. Promised frame would be delivered in usable condition. Carries unable to find house, had to meet at local gas station, box was in ok condition for freight delivery, upon unlacing the frame we discovered that it was badly damaged. Contacted seller immediately, was informed that the pick up would be scheduled next day, that was January 26th 23. Pick up scheduled for February 17th between 8-10, at noon I contacted the carrier, was informed that no one was coming. Contacted deal beds to figure out what was going on, no answer. It is April 6th and have not been able to get the company to confirm pick up, meanwhile they still have our money and refuse to refund it until they get the item. Terrible customer service. They should be out of business.

  Just purchased an adjustable bed…at first I didn’t read the reviews and then had some buyers remorse , they sent tracking the next day , was delivered when they said it would, had a small hiccup with the bed , they answered my calls and walked me through reattaching the part that came loose in transit , turns out the model I had ordered was not in stock so they sent me the better version so wouldn’t be delayed…..not sure of everyone else’s issues but I am very pleased all the way around.

  One of the friendliest companies I've done business with. They answer the phones and don't offer **. They call back when they say they will and when things go wrong they fix them.
