  Thank you Tony &team.. fantastic help w/a creditor situation.. saved me thousands &helped me get a payment I can manage ..They got right on my case.. and kept me informed along each step..I definitely would recommend anyone I know who needs a mediator, to choose this company. It was refreshing speaking w Tony, who called me personally the day i left the message...t.y.again I couldn't be happier w the result..

  I am always skeptical when having to reach out to advertised services. However, Tony and his team are amazing and I am so glad they took the time to send me a letter in the mail upon coming across my situation. I called and spoke with the wonderful receptionist, Chrissy, who was very personable and was very forthcoming about how Tony does business--he is fair, honest, attentive, and will let you know straight up if your situation can be fixed (and in what ways) or if it doesn't even require his service. Very few businesses exist that are out for your genuine best interest. Clean Slate Mediation Service is not money hungry, they are people-focused. They want you to be informed and from Chrissy to Tony, my experience with them was that of full transparency and true comfort. They wanted me to know what cards I had on the table and listened to me describe my situation, my perception of the situation, and even went to look at my info to either confirm or correct my assumptions. He was upfront about any potential costs if I would need their service. He was very kind and did not once give me false hope. He made sure I knew and understood all of the information and possibilities, and honestly their business is just a huge breath of fresh air. It's nice to have a potential issue catered to so intently from the very beginning and have decent human beings who don't give you the run around. They lay out what they will do, if it's possible, what to expect, what to know, what exceptions may be at play, and everything in between. And they do it all with kindness and transparency. I felt like they were family after 30 seconds of speaking to both Tony and Chrissy. I almost wish I had more issues to bring to them, because they truly tackle any potential problem as if it's their own and want you to feel empowered. I didn't feel like just another task on their list for the day, or another voice on the phone. For their style of business, advice, and helpful natures, I am truly grateful.

  I would give them no stars if I could . I called and asked to speak with Tony ****** the person who mail me a letter stating that they could help me with my lawsuit. They stated that he was in a meeting so I left my contact information. The receptionist laughed in my ear when I was explaining to her my situation. But I payed it no mind . Then when I finally received a call back for me. ****** he asked for me to explain my situation as I was doing but in the midst of explaining everything he cut me off and asked could I hold on for a second and then hung up in my ear. I called back serval of times but the phone went right to voicemail as if he blocked me . These people are so unprofessional it’s giving very much SCAM. I would not recommend them and I’ll be leaving my review on google as well.
