1 starLike many other dealerships, if youre looking to buy, they provide the best GUEST experience. But once you sign, youre no longer treated like a guest. You quickly become the annoying little brother that gets ignored by everyone in the family.I had to tell someone at sales that Id buy another car so long as they could help me cancel my existing gap policy - thats all they care about.Review fromSherry B

1 star****************! Wont honor warranty, after service they gave me my car back in pieces! Handed me the key with dash parts out and all over my floor and seats! The defect in my car is wires getting so hot in side the dash that it is MELTING my dash. They said that it was caused by external forces.REALLY?! I will NEVER buy another *** again, and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!Review fromAngel M

1 starTerrible place to buy and service your vehicle, they are putting 0w-20oil on a vehicle that requires 0w- 30 synthetic because City Kia doesnt carry 0w-30 Update After taking my vehicle to a trusted mechanic this is all the issue that I found the valve cover leaking oil, the bolt where you drain the oil is leaking oil and is not the right size they force a bigger bolt into the oil pan. Since the first day that I bought this vehicle, I have had to drive back from my house to take it to the service **** at City Kia because was leaking oil and they said that everything was fixed. They knew about all these issues. When I went to claim the 10 years or ******* miles warranty magically I'm not covered. ****** loan + ***** in repairsReview fromDarian M

1 starHands down the worst car buying or otherwise experience of my life having purchased from **** and ****** both previously with no issues. I have attempted to get in contact with both **** ******, ***** ***** and now General Manager **** ****** to correct mistakes made on City Kia's end over the past two months following the purchase of a faulty "certified" vehicle that has had to be serviced 3 times in two months with no success. In addition, I was mailed the incorrect key when I refused to take a broken spare key home with me upon purchase of my vehicle and communication of this has been sent to **** and *****, both ignoring the situation all together. This is by far the worst car purchase and experience I have ever had the misfortune of being a part of. I will continue to escalate this beyond ***** *****, **** ****** and City Kia given I have received no assistance thus far despite my countless attempts to do so. I will never recommend City Kia to colleagues, family and/or friends given my experience that began two months ago that is still ongoing. I am beyond disappointed and HIGHLY recommend no others choose this location to make any type of purchase or have servicing completed. 1 starI purchased a 2023 ********* on 11/30/22. I also purchased an extended warranty for $2672. When I went in for service on 6/3/24 I was told I did not have an extended warranty. The finance person looked into my file and pulled out a sheet I had signed declining the warranty. This is correct, I originally declined it but before the transactions and paperwork were all complete I changed my mind, purchased the warranty, paid by an additional check and received my registration page. *** does not have a record of this paperwork but I have it plus the cancelled check copy. I have called and left messages with my service advisor, finance person, general manager, and even the Chief Operating Mgr. several times each. I have also emailed the general manager and Chief Operating Mgr. and left additional messages with operator that I would like to be called back. Not one person has called me back in 2 months and not one has responded to my emails. I need to have someone contact me so that I can send proof of my extended warranty and have it put into the records and pull up on the computer when I take my car in. Since I travel out of state frequently I am now carrying around with me my extended warranty and cancelled check so I can prove I have these if I need to use it in another location. No follow up from one person is bad enough, but from all these is a horrible way to treat a customer.Review fromRegina G

1 starI have a2021 *** ********* I called and scheduled appointment about the car Radio defacing, back in May 23, 2023, sent photos and was told that they would have to get authorization, after many months of waiting on approval and me (following up on decision) i texted service mgr. ******************* June 8, 2023, finally he texted me back June 28, between that I had car battery issues, made appointment talk into getting oil change at that time paid for that, still Nothing regarding the *************** was told ton June 30, they hey was waiting to get authorization for radio, me being patient have not heard anything from City Kia, every time I had to take time from my schedule/work and call them about the status of the radio here it is May 16 2024, and nothing have not heard from City Kia or ***** '***' ******, it been over 1 YEAR, now my check engine light on, schedule a appointment per customer service person on the phone, check engine light could not be service on a weekend, so she schedule appointment for a weekday, because I had to work, my daughter took off from work, I'm thinking to get service and was told without servicing the car I would have to leave the care and have to get a rental that is not covered, for a car that is under warranty, first they could have told be while scheduling the appointment, that they may have to keep the cars for days per Service Manager ******************, we could have avoided my daughter missing time/money from work, if the representative on the phone could have told me that before scheduling the appointment, Check Engine light may require days of service I have brought 3 *** vehicles, and this will be my last one, no threats just facts, the service has really changed since the first one I brought, I'm very disappointment with the lack of service that I'm receiving, I have my paper trail regarding the radio, and unanswered text messages, and currently research how to contact cooperate and .asking for 5 stars before service providedReview fromSANDRA L

2 starsI purchased a brand new *** ******** at City Kia in ******* back in December. The car has only 2300 miles. **** week I was waiting for a car to leave a parking space so I could park my car there. The car left and I proceeded to park my car in when all of the sudden the car crashed into a post for the disabled sign. I have no way idea what happened because it wasn't a little scratch but a bad collision since I didn't step on the gas pedal. I went to city Kia to understand what and why that happened and all they did was telling that it would cost me $10,000 to fix it or I could trade it in for a similar car. They have the nerve to tell me they would pay $32,000 for the car (not to mention that I gave them about $17,000 as a down payment in December. I financed with *** for 66 months of $881 per month . The deal they gave me was $32,000 for my car, increase the payment to $959 a month and extend the payments to 72 months also they they removed all the extra insurance I purchased and n December. I regret buying this car. Now more than never I feel robbed. I am scared to drive the car because what would happen if instead of a post it would be a person next time? Or what if I would be on a highway? I'm very disappointed with them. There is so much more about this purchase that it makes me feel stupid with my decision.Review fromDemetrius J

1 starOnce again city Kia of ************************** strikes again, they are the WORST service department Ive ever experienced . I will NEVER take my car back. But unfortunately, my wife still have to take her car back because of the maintenance package. But long story short, we took her car in for service today. She picks up her car, from the dealer. She proceeds to drive and noticed that the cars is pulling to the left. Mind you, we just got alignment like 3 to 4 months ago. And we had issues with that then.. So She immediately returns back to inform the staff of the issue. The manager ***** told her some ******** SAYING IT THE WIND. So thats what you tell your customers. Its the wind The response wasnt helpful, only thing was bring it back if you have any problems. This is really frustrating, we have to drive 30 minutes each way to and from the dealer. We dont have time like that to be going back and forth. And they have the nerve to say write a good review.Review fromRamratti R
