      I purchased a 2023 ********* on 11/30/22. I also purchased an extended warranty for $2672. When I went in for service on 6/3/24 I was told I did not have an extended warranty. The finance person looked into my file and pulled out a sheet I had signed declining the warranty. This is correct, I originally declined it but before the transactions and paperwork were all complete I changed my mind, purchased the warranty, paid by an additional check and received my registration page. *** does not have a record of this paperwork but I have it plus the cancelled check copy. I have called and left messages with my service advisor, finance person, general manager, and even the Chief Operating Mgr. several times each. I have also emailed the general manager and Chief Operating Mgr. and left additional messages with operator that I would like to be called back. Not one person has called me back in 2 months and not one has responded to my emails. I need to have someone contact me so that I can send proof of my extended warranty and have it put into the records and pull up on the computer when I take my car in. Since I travel out of state frequently I am now carrying around with me my extended warranty and cancelled check so I can prove I have these if I need to use it in another location. No follow up from one person is bad enough, but from all these is a horrible way to treat a customer.

      I have a2021 *** ********* I called and scheduled appointment about the car Radio defacing, back in May 23, 2023, sent photos and was told that they would have to get authorization, after many months of waiting on approval and me (following up on decision) i texted service mgr. ******************* June 8, 2023, finally he texted me back June 28, between that I had car battery issues, made appointment talk into getting oil change at that time paid for that, still Nothing regarding the *************** was told ton June 30, they hey was waiting to get authorization for radio, me being patient have not heard anything from City Kia, every time I had to take time from my schedule/work and call them about the status of the radio here it is May 16 2024, and nothing have not heard from City Kia or ***** '***' ******, it been over 1 YEAR, now my check engine light on, schedule a appointment per customer service person on the phone, check engine light could not be service on a weekend, so she schedule appointment for a weekday, because I had to work, my daughter took off from work, I'm thinking to get service and was told without servicing the car I would have to leave the care and have to get a rental that is not covered, for a car that is under warranty, first they could have told be while scheduling the appointment, that they may have to keep the cars for days per Service Manager ******************, we could have avoided my daughter missing time/money from work, if the representative on the phone could have told me that before scheduling the appointment, Check Engine light may require days of service I have brought 3 *** vehicles, and this will be my last one, no threats just facts, the service has really changed since the first one I brought, I'm very disappointment with the lack of service that I'm receiving, I have my paper trail regarding the radio, and unanswered text messages, and currently research how to contact cooperate and .asking for 5 stars before service provided

      I purchased a brand new *** ******** at City Kia in ******* back in December. The car has only 2300 miles. **** week I was waiting for a car to leave a parking space so I could park my car there. The car left and I proceeded to park my car in when all of the sudden the car crashed into a post for the disabled sign. I have no way idea what happened because it wasn't a little scratch but a bad collision since I didn't step on the gas pedal. I went to city Kia to understand what and why that happened and all they did was telling that it would cost me $10,000 to fix it or I could trade it in for a similar car. They have the nerve to tell me they would pay $32,000 for the car (not to mention that I gave them about $17,000 as a down payment in December. I financed with *** for 66 months of $881 per month . The deal they gave me was $32,000 for my car, increase the payment to $959 a month and extend the payments to 72 months also they they removed all the extra insurance I purchased and n December. I regret buying this car. Now more than never I feel robbed. I am scared to drive the car because what would happen if instead of a post it would be a person next time? Or what if I would be on a highway? I'm very disappointed with them. There is so much more about this purchase that it makes me feel stupid with my decision.

      Once again city Kia of ************************** strikes again, they are the WORST service department Ive ever experienced . I will NEVER take my car back. But unfortunately, my wife still have to take her car back because of the maintenance package. But long story short, we took her car in for service today. She picks up her car, from the dealer. She proceeds to drive and noticed that the cars is pulling to the left. Mind you, we just got alignment like 3 to 4 months ago. And we had issues with that then.. So She immediately returns back to inform the staff of the issue. The manager ***** told her some ******** SAYING IT THE WIND. So thats what you tell your customers. Its the wind The response wasnt helpful, only thing was bring it back if you have any problems. This is really frustrating, we have to drive 30 minutes each way to and from the dealer. We dont have time like that to be going back and forth. And they have the nerve to say write a good review.

      I honestly feel sick to my stomach. I was completely scammed purchasing my first new car yesterday. It was only until I was able to sit down to review paperwork to see the final finance charge. MSPR number is $37,140 for the vehicle and I was charged $52,290.35. They are slick in the ways that they don’t show you the actual number until you are signing the contract (even then it wasn’t clear). I was so focused on my monthly payment and that’s how they got me. I can’t believe they have overcharge me that much, and it’s perfectly legal to do so. It’s plain wrong. They careful in how they word things, they trained to be sleazy. I honestly wish I walked out that office to moment I realized the numbers didn’t seem to add up and way over the MSPR. They were not upfront- because I guess I didn’t ask for it first? Don’t make the same mistake I did, ask them for their final price before making any decision.

      Kia told me one year ago that my engine was going up but i had to confirm by coming out of pock it for several test . After doing the test they told me i would be coverd for the engine and that the engine was consuming however i was instructed to continue to drive it . The engine was knocking yet they still told me to continue to drive the car. Two weeks ago i took the car back again and both the machanic and service rep confirmed that the engine was going up and they would do the paper work for engine replacement. After submitting paper work again Kia have said they will not be responsible unless i pay hundreds of dollars to have them do more research on this car. Unless the car is locked up . Kia have lied and lied and we will be following up with attorny

      I went in the service shop to replace 4 new tires and they damaged my sunroof, which they deny. Instead they want to charge me $2200 to repair it. Also, my set of spark plugs that were in my trunk disappeared. They did not even have the decency of putting the spare tire back where it belongs in the trunk. The general Manager claims that I call him but he does not answer my calls, instead he sends his little managers to save his face. WATCH OUT!

      Im very glad for the opportunity to buy a Jeep,Excelent service,just want answer a question,Iam a Cancer breast patient and can’t take sun,but I really can’t use the jeep in the day because is too hot and when I buy the jeep I don’t check because I don’t now they don’t have the insulation inside and is very hot,I aprecciate your help,thanks

      A bunch of liars. These individuals need to be in a run-down used car lot. Their idea of "perfect" is pretty broad. See the email below. This truck needed an alignment and had a vibration at 60mph and over. The motor had a ticking which I do not experience with my other trucks with the same motor/configuration so I brought it up. So after being told the truck was in perfect condition and driving an hour each way I was told that they were not going to repair the truck and that it is being sold "AS IS". One work,......
