    *** ****** contacted me about my ************************************* for no charge for a call back they've called me at least eight times for the appointment now and then the lady tells me there will be a diagnostic charge this is typical of Greenway Ford if I could have gave them a worse rating I would have beware who you speak to lies

    Amazing work done on my vehicle. If you get work done here avoid **** ****** at all cost. He has poor customer service skills. I'd give him 1/4 a star. He lied to save his own **** on details regarding conversations about the service. I was told i received a discount from the Manger (his boss).Which was a lie. Because **** confirmed there was no discount given (It was self pay). A 3-4 day job which i was told by him after parts arrived turned into 9. Because he was out 3 days and they didn't work on the vehicle. Just avoid him and your experience will be good. The receptionists are gems great customer service from *************************** Collision

    This place is a joke, I brought my Escape in for a seized engine and its still under powertrain warranty. Its been 9 days and still hear nothing about how they are going to get it replaced. 4 days ago they asked me to pay $645 for a tare down and when I called yesterday they said the mechanic still isnt done with it. I spent money out of my own pocket for a rental and it feels like they arent taking me seriously.

    This Dealership is A big Scammer!I bought a pre owned **** explorer 2020 less than a year and since day 2 it's been in service for repair three times!They are selling junks vehicles.

    It is now going on 80 days and still do not have a registration for title nor had they released the title to my lien holder. Now that they sold me the car, they could care less about their customers.

    They lie about all warranty and service details . Employee coverage constantly changing or never worked there after you spoke to that person, never stand behind anything they say. Inconvenience the purchaser after deals are done. Look for higher apr after they give you a lower one. Stay clear, run unless you have money to burn.

    My brother bought a new **** 250 4x4 7.3 engine, broke down the first time driven, 2024 model, had to have it towed to ****, had it for two days, he had to pick it up, the following week he drove it, broke down again,had it towed with 200 miles, no loner was offered, salesman would not return calls, manager would not return calls, its been in the shop now for14 days, still not fixed, hes paying for insurance and truck payment with the dealership having possession of the truck for three total weeks and he cant even drive it would never buy a truck from this dealership or a ****, true meaning, found on the road dead!

    If I could put a zero I would. This dealer has been the biggest pain to work with. Not only did they lie about the coverage my vehicle warranty would have, making me pay an additional $500, but they also took hours on a simple oil change. Once they asked me to leave the vehicle over night without even offering a temporary one, I said no. Another time they tried to charge me for the battery even know it was included in the warranty ($96). I was told it was covered and dropped of the vehicle at 3pm for the oil change and battery replacement, did not hear from anyone so I went at 8pm to pick up my vehicle and they said it was not covered. I immediately spoke with the manager on duty and he did not help, he was about to leave the billing open but I was adamant they close it. I was not having them bill me after and repeat for the gazillions time that we never spoke about it. They lie and whatever is said in person needs to be recorded or they will lie and deny everything said. I do not recommend. You can get better service and price at any other dealer. I will not be going back to them.

    I have been fighting for 3 months due to our title being registered as a not actual mileage title , greenway sent a title application to ************* with mileage over 76k listed and it was titled in ************* this way, then when they sold ** the car it was labeled as 53k miles. This caused the car to have mileage discrepancies and now Im stuck with a car no other dealership will touch. When we went to confront a manager after speaking to the dmv we sat at this dealership for 2 whole hours and a ********** rep went back multiple times to have a manager come speak with us and they never came out. This speaks volumes to the fraud we are dealing with!!!

    I bought a new 2017 Explorer. It has ****** miles on it. They are telling me I need an entire new engine. I have maintained the vehicle per the maintenance schedule in the owners manual but they state the engine has failed internally and needs replaced. The original warranty was 5 years or ****** miles. I am under the mileage requirement but over the 5 years. Greenway states this is a $15,000 repair and **** will only cover $6,000. This vehicle has been maintained just like it is supposed to be. I have had other **** cars where I had over ******* miles on them and never had an engine issue. The engine should not need replacing after only ****** especially since it was properly maintained. $15,000 is not a fair price to replace this engine. This price to replace the engine is extremely inflated. ****s offer to cover only 40% of the $15,000 is not a fair offer. I am asking the BBB to help me with this issue.
