Ive completed the application for ******** Notary Public designation. As of January 1, 2024 ******** requires a Study Course and a Certificate of Completion. I contacted Huckleberry Notary Bonding *********** in *******, ** to administer the Study Course online and provide the Certificate of Completion. Huckleberry was listed on the State of ******** vendor list. I successfully completed the Study Course as of January 22, 2024. Huckleberrys instruction was that I send them the original notarized Notary Application along with a copy of the front side of my drivers license. I mailed the requested documents to the Huckleberry place of business address that I was given as ************************************************************************************* on January 22, 2024. Huckleberry advised on the instruction form that upon their receipt of my docs that they would send the application, copy of my drivers license and the Certificate of Completion to the ******** State of ***************** for further processing. I got a letter from the State of ******** telling me that they couldnt process my application because the Certificate of Completion wasnt included with the application. I called Huckleberry at their posted number of ************ on January 25 when I got the application back from the State of ********, left a voicemail, and havent received a response. Can BBB help? Have I been scammed?
