    Similar situation to *** *. Incorrect name on the stamp I purchased. I contacted the company and they stated in order to rectify the situation, I have to purchase a bond rider and new products which included a new stamp. **************** was unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. I am a customer reaching out in a very polite, pleasant, and respectful manner, attempting to resolve an issue and have someone provide clarity and guidance. I did my due diligence and research prior to reaching out to the company in an attempt to educate myself and resolve the issue on my own. Do not recommend and will never do business with again based solely on my interaction with their customer service.

    I called **** to discuss the issue but it was not a convenient for her. I forgot to call her back when i told her i would but i did email her to let her know of a resolution. 

    WE WILL WAIVE OUR RIDER FEE AND NEW STAMP FEE. SHE WILL NEED TO PROCESS THE ** ON THE STATES WEBSITE AND THEN LET US KNOW WHEN THAT IS COMPLETE SO THAT WE CAN MAKE A NEW STAMP.

    We have not heard anything back from **** and we have not received a name change.

    I did this and the online test. Just to find out what I paid for was nothing. I live in ******, so I have to dump more money into being able to do this in ******.     Deceptive practices. Ordered a new stamp from them and that went ok. Then they started sending me emails about my renewal and how they could get me all set up and renewed for 99 bucks. I decided to give them the opportunity. After filling out all the information and AFTER paying them 100 dollars, I get a notice said that I still have to do my renewal and that all this basically does is auto fill a pdf application out and email it over to me and send me a new stamp...I asked for an immediate refund, but I'm show I'm going to have to jump through hoops to get my money back now...I should have looked at these BBB reviews before pulling the trigger!

    My full name is ******** *****, but I sign all my notarized papers as *** ***** and have done it that way since 2016. Huckleberry knew this when I sent in the application and still sent me a notary stamp with my full name on it! They refuse to refund me or correct the situation. Now I have to pay a different company even more and hope they get it correct!

    They revoked a **** for a person who has Dementia and gave it to another person. I have a signed ****** from the doctor stating that my father has Dementia. Dated August 9, 2021, your notary did this May 27, 2024. Under Florida state law if the person who **** up the **** and had it signed and notarized by a lawyer becomes incapacitated like dementia can't have someone revoke it and this is what one of your notaries did. I'm not blaming them as they might not have seen the original **** that's for medical and financial. I also think they were unaware of the Doctor's ****** stating has dementia. I never received anything to say that it was being revoked. This is also required. Your notary didn't do their job and it's causing many issues as a person is accessing my father's stuff with an invalid POA.

We sell the bond and insurance as a third party for Travelers Casualty and ********* of *******. FL does require all new notaries to complete a 3-hour education course and provide proof of completion.

    Notary.com is actually Huckleberry Notary and I made the mistake of ordering my renewal through them. Within 5 minutes I realized I was not renewing with National Notary Service and called them to cancel the order. I was told they would stop the order, canceling the charges. Two weeks later I called, and they had not sent through a credit and they had me fill out an online form and send it in (I didn't received my notary stuff so that part was done, I guess) Now 4 weeks later I called again and they said they never received my online request to refund $159.95.So, I sent it in again, they didn't receive it. Finally someone said she didn't know what the problem was and she would fill it out for me. I asked her to let me know when it was done. This company is a sham. They are not persons of their word. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    This company is awesome. I live in AZ and am in the funeral industry. All cremation authorizations must be notarized so I chose to do this for convenience and to help my clients. Not only did the girls at Notaries.com stay in constant communication with me, but they also make it so easy. Their instructions are so thorough. So unless you are an idiot you cannot make a mistake. i sent them my cert from the state and they had my stamp to me in a matter of days. I recommend this company to anyone needing to be a licensed notary.

    This business is based in Florida and does notary bonds for multiple states. They offer an online course, DO NOT buy it. The course is a joke! First, you have to read it. Second, it is outdated. I would say a third of the information is not up to current notary public practice. Third, it's generalize and not really informative at all. I found videos and descriptive detailed information and knowledge on other multiple different notary associations and organizations websites, for free. I would really like a refund for my "course".
