    On November 29 for the Black Friday sale I ordered three bras. Two were the color **** and one was the color brown. Two weeks later I received the two **** bras but did not receive the brown. I was told they would ship the brown bra to me after i contacted them. I have contacted them over eight times and I have still not received the bra. I am missing 1-36c brown (magic push up sexy) and want it. I had ***** respond first then give case to ****. **** is responding however still hasnt mailed the last bra.

    placed order 10/26, delivered 11/6, requested exchange/refund 11/8 Before I order I checked address which is ****************************************************, that's where order shipped from.Their charging ***** to get refund Their charging *****, their web page states 7.99 restocking fee. to get refund, they want ***** for 1st bra replacement and 5.00 for each additional bra. But will give you $$ back in a code to apply to your order from your purchase. I have no faith in this company.. I recommend not to buy from this company. I wished I checked BBB. They say 30 days to return customer satisfaction guarantee, yeah for additional dollars. They charge you for the expense of running their business. I requested a full refund. One review on BBB the lady stated she got professionally sized the bras she re-ordered did not fit. So I requested full refund $118.27.

    I purchased an item from them which arrived malformed, crushed, and not fitting to the specifications in the sizing chart. It was unusable. I emailed asking for return instructions for the defective product, and was asked for photos of the item. I provided them, and then was told to wash or use a hairdryer on the item (!!!) to fix their problem. I refused, as this would void the warranty. I asked for return instructions. On the third email they offered to send a replacement product, which as my event was approaching, wouldn't arrive on time. on the fourth email they offered a 50% refund, despite their website stating that they refund 100% of the cost and shipping for defective items. I accepted, as I don't have time to fight with them anymore, but this company is a scam - stay away. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

    False advertising of sizes. Extremely small products. Cannot speak to anyone via telephone. I have sent email after email and still no refund or product exchange. They keep saying they are sending an exchange but have not. This is ongoing since June/July 2024. ************.

    I was online signing up for ******** secret Bra And then some bras popped up I began looking through them all as they were advertised as ******** secret and I chose 3 to buy after I had placed the order it informed me that I had just bought 3 bras from magic bras not ******** secret I want my money back I don't even want to see the magic bras I was tricked into buying them I would never buy from some company I never head of

    Ordered on the 6th, it is the 19th and tracking says it is in ******** and has yet to be picked up by the carrier. This is outside their policy and I want a refund as the wedding I needed this for is in two days.

    I measured myself per the measurement chart and ordered the size they recommended, and they were to small. I wanted to return the items for a refund. They instructed me that their US location had closed so I would need to ship the products to ***** at my expense to receive a refund. They have a Florida business address listed on the website--so I assumed that would be were I would be shipping the items back to if they didn't work for me. I do not have an issue with paying for shipping to *******, but it is very misleading to inform someone that they would have to pay the cost to ship the items to China--and if it was received in good condition--I would get a refund.

    This is how it began August 16, 2024 I would like to return my strapless bra. The order number is *****. Please advise me on how to proceed.I teceived emails asking me why I wanted to return it, then this. We will send you a replacement bra you need for just the cost of shipping. It's a $10 flat fee for one bra. This is often less expensive than returning the bra to us, and it saves you the hassle of managing the return process.     I ordered a bra from magic bra ***. I received the bra and it was absolutely horrible. Everything is stated it was supposed to do did the absolute opposite. I wrote to the company stating I wasn't satisfied and wanted to return for a refund. About a month of back and forth chats on their website (because you can't get somebody on the phone) I was left feeling that they were playing head games with me and it was nothing but a scam. They told me the United States factory was closed and they were going through the Australian factory and it would cost just about the same amount as the bra cost to ship it back. They said either they can give me $12.99 back and I can keep the bra or they could give me replacement bra of my choosing and I could keep the bra. I went with the replacement bra and chose a completely different bra than the first.Well today, 9/9/24 I just got the replacement bra and they sent me the exact same bra and same size as the original bra I bought and hated. Now I am literally back to square one with these people. I started doing research and this company has nothing but complaints about how much of a scam they are. From the **, ** and *********. There's 1 or 2 good reviews for every 20 bad. I believe the good reviews are planted. I'd like my money back but more importantly I don't want any more good people getting scammed by this fraud company. Especially when times are tough enough right now.
