    I ordered a product online and had asked by email about a descrpenecy in what I thought I ordered and what was shown after checkout. I also asked when it would be shipped since this is a Christmas gift. The reply ensured me I was getting what I had ordered but said it takes 14 business days to ship. At the point I asked for my order to be canceled and for a refund because I wouldn't receive in time for Christmas. NO where does it say the product would take so long to arrive when I ordered it. After I asked for a refund, they stopped replying to me. So I tired calling and there is an automated message referring you back to email. The. I read the BBB complaints and fi d out that I also probably signed up for a reoccurring $30 monthly membership when I bought from them, again no where does it say this. Others had issues getting this resolved until they reached the BBB. I can't get a response and no where on their website can I find to cancel membership. What a Proud Patriot someone must be to create a business solely based on deceit.

    I do apologize for the delay in response, as our auto-reply states, it does take a few days for us to get back to you due to the influx of emails we have been receiving.

    Your refund has been processed onto the card you used for this order. You should see the amount credited to your account in about 3 to 5 business days.

    If you don't see the refund in your account, respond to this email, and I'll look into it for you.

    Also upon looking into the details of your account, I can confirm that you do not have any subscriptions with us as this was a standalone purchase.

    As for our order processing times; it's actually mentioned on our website and specifically for these glasses it states they they are made to order which is why they are not sent out the moment you order them. :)

    I provide a screenshot of the email messages between me and proud patriots; I put my messages in red, and their responses in black; if you look at my initial message, I told them I am a serious collector of funko pops and was wanting to get some pockets patriots, but I wanted to make sure they didn't come with scratches/scuff marks on plastic face/side, also wanted to make sure the box didn't have creases/warping... They told me they would make sure I would get perfect boxes, but 4 of the ***** ones came with the issues I wanted to make sure I didn't have to deal with... Now, they want me to pay return shipping; then they tell me they don't do returns on clearance items, which is not stated in the refund policy, which I have included below... I just want a return label so I can return these damaged/defective items... It's crazy for them to want me to pay a return shipping for these damaged/defective items I received and clearly stated in my initial emails, that I didn't want! I have included screenshots showing damaged/defective items; I have 9 screenshots total, but I don't know if this website will allow me to upload that many...Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at ******************************** and we'll make things right.     The seller keeps saying that the issues are minor with the items I purchased... WELL, as I stated in my initial emails with them, I'm a serious collector and these scratches/scuff marks and the creases/warping of the boxes is no minor! The images I upload show the scratches/scuff marks and the creases/warping... They send me a different refund policy then the one they have on their website; I show link below... They want me to pay for return shipping, when they sent me damaged/defective items... RIDICULOUS!!!

    I have opened a case with my credit card company, ****** **********, because the seller has proven that they are not interested in making this right by providing a return label so I can return the damaged/defective items they sent me in the first place!!!

    We took a look into this and we do greatly apologize that not all boxes were perfect. We did offer an exchange or refund on them if you return them back to us. 

    Our return policy absolutely states we will make it right and you can return your items but we don't offer return labels, that is the buyers responsibility if the items are not actually damaged. A couple scuff marks on the packaging is not considered a damaged product. 

    Our agents and ****** have both asked you to simply return the items for a full refund.

    I'm rejecting this response because as I stated in my initial email; I'm a serious collector and wanted to MAKE SURE, I could get boxes that didn't have scratches/scuff marks and crease/warping on the boxes and they told me in their first response "Your boxes should arrive in PERFECT CONDITION, but please let me know when you place your order and I would be happy to send a note over to our warehouse team to make sure they add some extra padding in there for you" then in their second response they told me "I sent a message to our team to make sure you get some PERFECT BOXES"... They conveniently deny that the boxes they sent me are DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE, and say that it's only minor... I have included the images of these 4 items that I have a problem with, and their DAMAGE/DEFECTS are not minor... Again, I have provided images of the ones I'm keeping, that have minor issues and the ones I'm returning that have damages/defects that are not minor... The seller sent me a return policy via email, where they claim they don't provide return labels, but this policy isn't anywhere on their website... I have attached the policy they sent me, along with the policies that ARE FOUND are their website refund/return/damaged policy; I also show the policies I found on the website below... I have opened a case with ****** *************************, because the case is better handled at that level, because ****** just handles the transaction and they won't look into this further, once the seller states they will refund the buyer, once the DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE items they sent are returned, which they know will cost more than it's worth, to try to return, because it will cost about 21 dollars to return (sneaky no good sellers), so by the time it's all said and done, I would have only received a 17 dollar refund, when they sent DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE items to BEGIN WITH and should, if they were a reputable company, DO THE RIGHT THING!!! The seller knows these items are DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE, but they are using a policy not located on their website, that they are now saying calls for the buyer to pay return shipping, to try to slither their way out of DOING THE RIGHT THING!!!

You filed the dispute and we let your bank know that we offered a full refund upon receiving our items back. We took a look at the status of your dispute and see that you submitted falsified return information which your bank does see. This dispute is still under review but this could all be over with if you just return your order to us.

The seller is being TOTALLY DISHONEST, just as they've been TOTALLY INCOMPETENT in handling this simple return case, where they know they should have sent a return label, due to the fact that they shipped DAMAGED and DEFECTIVE items to me; even after I initially emailed with them and told them I wanted to make sure they didn't send me such ****, and they told me they would make sure I would receive PERFECT BOXES!!!

    This company appears to have multiple addresses, including *******, *********, and others. They sell *****-related items and I ordered two colored ***** $2 bills. The company is impossible to reach and they claimed they sent my order via **** but when I went to the post office to check on why it wasn't delivered, they had no record of it. When I tried to reach the company, they sent back a message saying once the item leaves their warehouse, they have no responsibility for it. I believe that this is a scam and they really don't send the items, because I have never had any problems with deliveries to my building over many years. It you have questions, please contact me.     We took a look into this complaint and we see you ordered this back in July which is why we cannot help you with this. You admitted you didn't put your apt number on your order form and **** said they attempted delivery multiple times and left it at the front desk of your condo. If you would have reached out to us sooner we most certainly would have been able to correct your address for you. Our company simply shipped your package to the address you provided us and unfortunately we cannot do anything about this order being delivered to your condo's office.

    I placed an order on October 28, 2024 for a Fast Food MAGA hat. I received confirmation that same day that the order was received. On October 29, 2024 the purchase price for the hat was deducted from my bank account. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact them by phone with no communication from them. It has now been 24 days and I still havent received my item.

    I somehow ended up on this company's email mailing list despite never having shown remote intetest in their products or any which might be similar. It is impossible to unsubscribe from the list. Any time I try, the link takes me to a page that only lists my email and address and a directive to update preferences but without any further links. This has happened more than once, and I have begun receiving a significant increase in the spam emails they send me. I want nothing to do with the business. I want them to unsubscribe me and create a functional means by which to do so on their own website. Thus is the nature of my complaint against this business. They buy people'd information and ******* them with junk emails and spam.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am still getting several emails a day from this business with their same email address.  There is no way that I have been targeted by any other source other than this business.  I absolutely HATE ***** and find these emails offensive, disturbing and intrusive.  There doesn't seem to be any way that I can stop them, either by using block or report as spam.  PLEASE, make them stop!!
