      I was involved in a 10-vehicle accident on 2/14/19. I hired Morgan&Morgan to represent me. This case was settled in October of 2020, and I still haven't received a check. Morgan&Morgan emailed me electronic documents on 8/17/21 for a check totaling $1521.96. I electronically signed the documents on 8/22/21. When I inquired about the check two weeks later, I was told that the original check had expired, and a new one would have to be generated and sent to me. HOW had the check expired when it had only been five days since they asked me to sign for it? They have been playing games with my money ever since the case was closed. I've talked to too many people, and given too many excuses to remember. Recently I received a letter from the chiropractor, Arrowhead Clinic, stating they were told by Morgan&Morgan that payment had been made directly to me. So I now have a bill, but still no check. I've heard enough lies from them to last a lifetime. No one responds to my emails, and no one returns my calls when I speak with someone from the main number. All they ever say is that someone will call me. I have attached photos from the Arrowhead Clinic letter, as well as the documents I signed, and additional email correspondence. I just want my check.

      Morgan And Morgan associates Kathleen B***** and Tara C*** along with my client experience team Breached the contract I have with Morgan And Morgan they refuse to comply with the contract I'll try to submit the information that is needed to pursue the case in court they took in personal details of my complaint it is my firm belief that it was done to defraud me To delay me from getting in contact with the real law firm and as my friend believe that they have been in contact with the defendants and I'll give them my information to the defendants the incident took place at the ****** Garden Hotel 6 Water St., New York, NY and Morgan And Morgan law firm right around the corner 90 Broad Street so it was a conflict of interest since the beginning and as I try to resolve the matter over and over again and I do have proof of telephone calls and emails to resolve the matter they continue to leave me or lead me to believe that they were going to be representing me and that my experience team was going to appoint another attorney out of the 800+ attorney that this firm says that they have and that if I have any trouble with any one of the attorneys that would assign another legal team with no problem but that's not true already was getting my information and try to hold me up from finding me a real attorney a real law firm and real attorneys who specialize and what happened to me ready to believe that they specialize in this type of case and that is no problem that's a lie there is a problem the problem is Morgan And Morgan and he doesn't have a team of lawyers he has a team of liars and I'm not gonna stand for it at all i'm a victim of domestic violence survivor of rape and sexual assault they were well aware of this and they also violate my rights as a victim of rape and domestic violence Thank you very much I will be waiting to hear from you soon Sincerely yours ********************

the car was either dropped or no response and at 6:18 PM I received a call from Morgan And Morgan law firm and I was told that the auger three or four claimed that was found on the Internet was referred out to another offer and that my case involving DHS city of New York and the ************* Hotel it's being worked on and he also explained to me that the other two cases that was filed to the Internet was referred out and I explain to them that I never made those other complaints about New York Presbyterian Hospital at**** pharmacy New York Presbyterian Hospital that's my former doctor and my former pharmacist I explain to them that descendants has probably been making false claims using my identity hoping that Morgan And Morgan was find a way to drop my keys and what was explained to me last night if that's not what happening with my case with the state of New York and ************* Hotel talk about all the cases that was done online and I explain to them that I never made those other complaints online just one that I made on October 20 at the time was 6:34 PM with a date that I signed the contract and retainer and I made no other complaints against any other entity except for that which was on file that night October 20, 2021 and The intake officer then started to explain to me what has been going on and what was referred out and what was dropped and it was not my case that I filed on October 20, 2021 at a time 6:34 PM that's still valid and that's still going forward we're just waiting for a 50-H hearing before they could file is in court and during the 42 minute conversation we got to the bottom of things so to speak and I said I have a legal team the reason why I'm speaking with the Better Business Bureau is to get a formal response from the corporation so they can be documented that that is exactly what's happening and what happened had nothing to do with me because my contract with them is Valid and the only way that I can lose my contract with them is if I do what I was instructed not to do which is post anything on social media or otherwise I am not to speak to anyone from the press and I'm not to call any of the law firm about the matter because they excepted my case and I am a client of theirs and if I spoke to any other lawyer that I will be sued because there's a legal team working on my case since that date of October 20, 2021 and my complaint made against Mrs. B***** for not honoring the contract and let me give her additional information to be investigated aside from the information that was given that date October 20, 2021 what I signed a contract at 6:34 PM that very same night October 20, 2021 she was just supposed taking additional information because I have a legal team And it Has to be a team decision based on the proof that I violated the terms of the contract by going on social media or speaking to the press and she repeated the same orders By stating that your worries are over we are going to represent you no matter what just to give you peace of mind in your life being a victim of molestation and ***ual assault This is what was told to me by the company executive who has the authorization to have me sign such a contract agreement and retainer and as it was explained to me Saturday night November 6, 2021 a 42 minute conversation to start at 6:18 PM I also let them know that I made a better business bureau report and he told me that the only cases that they were talking about was New York Presbyterian Hospital and**** pharmacy I explain to the corporate officer that those complaints are fraud and the defendants that work for the city of New York DHS and the ************* employees are the ones who have my birth certificate my Social Security card even a copy of my photo ID because this information must be given to the shelter employees in order for them to give me a shelter bed and these The very same criminals who are on the Internet causing confusion between me and Morgan And Morgan the intake specialist then said someone will contact me on Monday and that they are very sorry for the mixup and the fact that I was told to never contact another attorney that Morgan And Morgan is my attorney no matter what it what was said on October 20, 2021 I have not reached out to anyone I've only been calling Morgan And Morgan to Express my concerns about Miss Kathleen B***** professional misconduct and investigating additional information about the incident that occurred what are the custody of the city of New York DHS shelter by DHS shelter employees and ****** garden employees right in the middle of the Covid pandemic all of this happened to me and that her office 90 Broad Street it's just a foot away from 6 Water St. where it happened here right around the corner the office of Morgan And Morgan is right around the corner from the ************* Hotel where I was ******** and ***ually assaulted and I explain to them that this might be a conflict of interest for her they said no it's not Is the very reason why they chose with Kathleen B***** because it will be easier for her to investigate I agreed but I still express my concern is the moral of this Complaint is I'm going through a lot and I don't need any confusion especially from anyone who is under contract to represent me in this matter and to listen and write down all of my concerns with I have not yet been able to fully express to Morgan And Morgan because of all of these False complaint being submitted online I should not have ever been subjected to such mental anguish you know you're dealing with people who ******** me and****** me and *** we assaulted me and Morgan and morgan being the largest law firm in the world it automatically know that this comes with the terrain that this is going to happen that the defenders are going to be calling and threatening me and staff because they are criminals who work for the city of New York in ****** godde and Hotel and probably have been doing this and getting away with it and now they caught so they do anything to discredit me a cause confusion because that's the reason why they****** me in the first place to destroy my life 51 years old and they don't believe that I deserve to live anymore and that I should fight for the rest of my life I got a fight for my right to live in this world is what was stated by the defendant over and over again every day and the fact that I have not sought out another attorney me that I haven't complete compliance with my contract with Morgan And Morgan and I was told ever ever have a problem with any lawyer to report it to the team leader team manager and the matter will be taken care of right away because they have a staff of 700 attorneys and if this is not the right one for you then they have 700 other attorneys that will help you and that's all that I'm saying I need this matter resolved immediately because I have until April 18th of next year to file my complaint and caught and that'll be after the 50 H hearing until then nothing can be filed in court the state law I need resolution so that we can move forward in helping me regain my life.       in a car wreck.Driver ran red light, hit my car full speed on the side as I turned on green. Justin from Morgan & Morgan my lawyer. I would have to call him and find out about my situation. I had to do physical therapy. I had to buy a new used car. I was out $14,000 for a used car. I was told my case would get me compensated for my out-of-pocket. All of a sudden he put me with Kelly. Again I'm having to text them to find out what's going on. Kelly told me she would have a rough day due to her chemo. I should not know her personal information. I'm sorry she has cancer and going through chemo but my mother died of pancreatic cancer let's throw that in there. I was told there would be a judgment in favor of me from the other guys Insurance because he ran the red light. My car was totaled. All the lawyers told me "we got you covered."       I have my case with Morgan and morgan. Going on three years now since i have been with them i have gone thru three different attorneys and five different paralegals J did all the leg work for them.... My attorney went out on leave because she had Covid and when she came back they was working on writting up my demand and the next thing i know I received a packet jn mail that she had closed my case out because she couldnt take it on i got no explanation of anything. Once i spoke with new attorney she was so rude and still never explained why my case was with the firm and was at the end of my demand and was wrote off to o where she was so frustrated that she hung up on me. This is not fair to me because am already stressed out anout being injured and not being able to do my daily routine like i did months prior to this injury....

      I'm a disabled Vet, and I've been trying for 4 years to get SSDI. I was denied twice and contacted Morgan & Morgan for assistance with my appeal. I was told they would help me, but I received no help. They sent a digital contract but I heard nothing else from them. I called many times, and was repeatedly asked to update contact info, that never changed. They said calls wouldn't go through, mail was returned, etc. My appeal has been denied again, and nothing. I guess I'm not "one of the people".

I attempted to contact Morgan and Morgan many times, and could never talk to the same person twice, never an attorney. Always asked the same thing, verify my contact information. I didn't get a call back until I had already lost my case, and filed the initial complaint in October. The only response from Morgan and Morgan to the complaint, was a statement that they contacted me to work on my case, and I informed the rep, I had already lost my case. This of course was after the complaint was filed. I have all the documentation to back this up. Just tell me what you need. On 10/11, We made our last attempt to reach this caller to assist with finishing our consultation process for his claim. Upon calling him to follow up, we were asked, "why were we calling?" and told that we were "fired". This was followed by several profanities before being hung up on. We were not aware that he was upset because he lost his case. However I do know we were in the process of waiting for him to receive his denial letter, as the information within that letter is crucial for us to see how we will appeal the decision. We had not yet began working on his case prior to this. Due to this, I don't feel the complainant losing his case was any fault of ours. This would have actually been something we could have appealed for him with had being given the chance. After this interaction, we ceased all communication per his request. The original complaint did not hold any merit either. 20+ Voice mails were left to help during this time. This is why when we finally made contact, we wanted to confirm contact information. I'm not very sure what is the basis of this complaint or what we can do to resolve this, but if given another chance I would like to have someone reach out to pick up where we left off andsee how we can help.       I called Morgan and Morgan about an injury that happened to me on the Job. I told them I had Workers Comp.. That means you can NOT SUE . They tried to get me to sign a contact in Which there are Attorney Fees. The representative on the phone which he's name is Giovanni kept lying to me , saying there are No Attorney fees. I looked at the contract they wanted me to sign , and it clearly says Attorney Fees. Giovanni kept lying to me saying there are No Attorney Fees. This is Totally DISHONEST, They wanted to charge me for attorney Fees , when I did not even have a case. This is FRAUD, and should be Reported. I called two other attorneys and they were Honest and explained that you can not Sue with Workers Comp. Morgan and Morgan is Totally DISHONEST. There trying to lie to people to get them to sign a contract.

      I hired Morgan and Morgan for my car accident case September 2019. I don't recommend this company unless you want to be treated like a number and not a person. Maybe they're good for minor accidents where a case can be settled quickly but my car accident was major. I currently have a case open I have been trying to reach someone who will be willing to actually communicate with me and give me some real answers regarding my case!! My experience with this company has been terrible and so frustrating!! This whole process has been confusing with no consistency. I reached out to this company because they were such a large law firm and always spoke about how they are for the people not the powerful. That has not been my experience, however. What the heck is taking so long with my case?? It's been 2 years!! Why can't anyone help me or explain anything to me that makes sense??

      I was hit by a car on July 21st. and contacted Morgan and Morgan on the 22nd. I hired them but in a couple days decided not to go through with using a lawyer. I notified them on or about July 25th or 26th and said I wanted to terminate their services. I talked to Ms. Shamon M*** and explained why. I asked for my files and she said that there were no files; I asked if there was any fee and she said there was no fee. Finally I asked for a letter stating that I have terminated their services. She said there would be a letter in about a week. It's been several weeks and I have contacted them several more times and even send an email on August 8th. Since then we have still not received a letter of termination. Furthermore someone has notified our car insurance that they are representing us. This is not true and is causing further complications. We need a letter as soon as possible.

I refused to sign Closing document/settlement agreement due to unethical legal practices. After completing treatment, our firm submitted a demand to the liability insurer demanding they tender the full amount of their liability policy, which they agreed to do. Our firm next sent a demand to Ms. ******'s insurer demanding they pay the full amount of the applicable uninsured/underinsured motorist policy. After receiving the check from the liability insurer, a closing statement was sent to Ms. ****** showing what would be disbursed from her from the liability settlement. Signing the closing statement and corresponding limited liability release would not end her case or preclude this firm from pursuing the uninsured/underinsured coverage. This was explained to her in detail. However, she believes that by signing these documents, her case would end. I have emailed this client a statement to this affect. I have also agreed to take no fee until the conclusion of the entire case. This firm has in no way engaged in unethical legal practices. We have kept this client informed and have, thus far, pursued her case vigorously." I received a letter dated 5/6/2021 from ***** insurance company that was sent to myself and cc: to Morgan and Morgan notifying me that a payment was being sent to Morgan and Morgan re: the personal Injury portion of this lawsuit. I immediately contacted the case Manager at the time Shenita C**** ( Morgan Morgan) and asked what this was about and she explained it to some degree to me. Morgan and Morgan had received the check and the letter but no one bothered to contact me prior to . As stated in my previous correspondence, I have never spoken to Gregory J****** Esq until July 29, 2021. There has been no written correspondence sent to me regarding my case from Gregory J****** Esq. Ms. Shenita C**** sent me copies of all medical bills via email on May 12, 2021 at my request but there has been no other correspondence Mr. Gregory J****** Esq stated in his response that "Our firm next sent a demand to Ms. ******'s insurer demanding they pay the full amount of the applicable uninsured/underinsured motorist policy. " I knew nothing about this nor what *****'s response was. I was not informed of anything. On July 29, 2021 in speaking with Mr. J****** he advised me that ***** offered to pay $7,000.00 for I guess pain and suffering. I really don't know. That was the first of me hearing of this. Again, I was not advised of this. Mr. Gregory J******, Esq further states in his response to BBB that by "Signing the closing statement and corresponding limited liability release would not end her case or preclude this firm from pursuing the uninsured/underinsured coverage. " Well when the closing/ settlement and power of attorney documents were emailed to me it made no mention of this information. No where on that document does it mention the above statement from Mr. J******. No where on those statements does it mention ***** making any additional offers. Only, when I began this complaint was this information divulged to me and it was done verbally. I no longer have faith/trust in Mr. Gregory J****** Esq/ Morgan and Morgan's ability to represent my interest in this matter. If he states he has been communicating with me where is his documentation. Gregory J******, Esq and Morgan/Morgan agreed to provide legal service to me and be compensated for those services at a rate of 40% of the settlement. In order to receive 40% this organization should complete this case in its entirety before they receive any compensation. The unethical issues are as follows: A lawyer should advise a client of possible actions to be taken in a case and then act according to the client's choice of action. I was not afforded this opportunity because Mr. J****** did not communicate anything to me until 7/29/2021. This case began in 1/2020. A lawyer must be able to communicate effectively with a client. Every lawyer must act carefully and in a timely manner in handling a client's legal problem. Again there was no communication from Mr. J****** until 7/29/2021 when he requested I sign a closing/settlement and power of attorney document. I have been very patient from the very beginning of this case only to be treated poorly as a client. All statements made here by me are the facts. I will not be signing any documents until the conclusion of this case. I will not be signing any power of attorney forms until the conclusion of this case. I want to see all checks issued in my name and/or Morgan and Morgan. I am requesting this case be taken to court because I sustained injuries to my neck, back shoulder and arms as per documented by the physician, Chiropractor and the physical therapist that Morgan and Morgan had me go to. These injuries have changed the quality of my life. Prior to this accident I did not experience any of these issues. If Morgan and Morgan choose to terminate there contract with me based on my refusal to withdraw my BBB complaint I would like this termination in writing. A telephone conference was conducted today 8/20/2021 at 2PM with Gregory J****** and his supervisor/owner of the company. I had a friend of mine ************** listening in on this call. I introduced him to both individuals. I was advised by the supervisor that by having ************** listening in it could breach client attorney privileges'. He stated ************** could be called as a witness. I advised the supervisor that *************** knew nothing about the accident and I would like him to listen in on the conversation. The conversation was brief and I was asked if I want them to continue on as my legal team. I advised them it was up to them but I would not be withdrawing my complaint. Gregory J****** and his supervisor stated they would get back to me.
