    Hi The mold item started about 9-5-2024 with the old management company. When the new Company named Greystar was hired. I sent pic to them about it the mold and that was on 12-18-2024. I sent pictures of the petri dish that I did because no one was helping with the problem. I put 5 of them around the house. They never answered me on the mold Pictures that I sent to them. The next time they answered me was about the lease that they where holing up not sending me. If I was going to have to move I needed to give them 60 Day notice. Because of them not fixing the mold I gave them a notice. Then on 2-4-2025 I email them that I will not be paying the rent until they fix the mold. They email me back and said that the plumbers would be able to fix the shower pan for the 3rd time on Feb 11, but I said no because of the mess the make the last 2 time they could wait until we move. So I then had ** **** ********** come out and do testing in the apt Feb 11. 2025. And as I read it we should not stay in the Apt any longer then we have to. I would be more then happy to send you the report.
