  I was contacted for hire to take pictures of homes. The contact person was readily available to help with questions and directions. When I arrived at the homes the homeowners were waiting for me and I was able to do the task requested. The homeowners seemed to be happy with their choice of choosing Quick Cash Offer.I look forward to working with Quick Cash Offer again in the near future.

  This company sent out a deceptive offer to purchase our home. We received a letter with a cash offer for our home for $382,230 which said "This check reflects a legitimate cash offer for your property" and "as is" and "we may be able to get you even more money". When we called to follow up on the offer, they offered us $230,000. Our house has all major renovations completed and new appliances and has a passing 4 point inspection. There is no way there is $152,230 worth of work to do on the property to justify such a difference in the number that we were sent on a fake check to the number they offered over the phone. This company is clearly a scam trying to take in people who get excited by the original offer they send. Our house was recently given a comparative market analysis saying that our house is worth $440,029. We assumed that a cash offer would be lower, but not half price! They are really trying to steel your home.

  I would recommend, Quick Cash Offer because they will not give up on you even if you give up on yourself. The entire office staff was never disrespectful even when I was an emotional wreck in grieving. Special Thanks to Terri & Jellisa and Especially Shawnda and the closing team we were up against unbelievable pressured court dates and emergency sickness my husband.
