I was treat** like a 5 yr old. ****** & another manager treat** me with such disrespect even going as far as trashing me for my voice snd communication disorder!I am a 70 yr old college grad with a bs in ** perfectly capable of having an adult conversation! They didnt ask me about my disabilities refusing to have a respectful dialogue!I will not returnReview from Vince T

Food acceptable maybe a little pricey by service its awful, especially management. we ask for a plain noodles and a grilled chicken for kids and the plate come out wrong and when we ask for a replacement, they just took off the chicken from the top of the noodles so still soaking on red sauce and just bring it to us on a separate plate. when we complain about it the manager, apparently bar manager become really aggressive and we were told that we could leave if we want to, and thats what we did also because little intimidate from the manager response and attitude, kind of ready to fightDarden Restaurants, Inc. I just started working for longhorn in *********** I had started my training and left my other job to start at longhorn after I complete my training **** the head manager calls me and tells me he no longer wants to continue and that is his decision. I asked why and he continued to tell me its his decision, without giving me a clear answer as to why. I bought my uniform and quit my other job. I now have no job and am left high and dry with no explanation no job and no foot in the door anywhere else. I made sure to have a job before I left my previous one. They said they hired me and then after training, no longer interested I have made no money in the past 2 weeks and they were rude about everything I wasnt told how to set up my pay card no one showed me the app or how to use the schedule. I was supposed to be trained and instead I have no job now and have to figure something out. Ive never had something like this happen and am really surprised this is how longhorn handles things. Ive never eaten at longhorn before I started working but knowing how they treat their employees I wouldnt step foot in a longhorn. Sincerely ***************************Darden Restaurants, Inc. At approx 1:43 PM on 5/12/24 I dined-in at the ******************** Olive Garden in ****, *******. I was served by Server: ****************** off Check #: ******. The lunch service seemed a bit off from the start. I get a noticeable speech impediment at times from the increased Arizona heat due to migraines. I had such today. I felt totally invisible during the entire lunch service. ****************** refused to refill my iced tea with lemon. She refused to get me a Chocolate Lasagne after asking her three different times before I left for home - and even then I felt that my lunch service was very, very rushed. I could sense a poor attitude from ******************** She kept running off to get stuff never really visiting my table at all during the entire lunch service. And the Ziosk was left unattended by the front of the house staff. It signaled red from another party who apparently refused to pay for their meal - possibly for the same reasons as me. Don't get me wrong the food was great; the lunch service itself needs a serious upgrade. Perhaps the fact that the server being African-American and I the customer am Caucasian factors into this somehow. I don't know about that. What I do know is that the lunch service was totally unacceptable this afternoon. Not professional at all with the number of patrons there for Mother's Day. I would avoid dining at olive garden if you dint want to waste your time and money. That restaurant has gone so downhill now. I wouldn't eat there if it were free. The food is served terribly wrong now, from overlooking one item to undercooking another. What's worse even their customer service is in the toilet. I wasted my time sending them a long, detailed email about a recent experience and they replied with 101 questions. I would answer questions and they would just keep asking more, even to the point I was getting nowhere. It was obvious they don't want to assist guests or get to the bottom of an issue. Very sad because their food use to be decent. NOW it's just garbage and with a corporate office running that way, I now see why.Darden Restaurants, Inc. Response

I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with a recent To-Go order from your establishment.I placed an order for two steaks and salmon, intending to enjoy them for a celebration. Upon arrival to pick up my order, I discovered that one of the steaks was cooked to medium-well instead of the requested doneness. When I raised this concern, I was informed that it would take an additional 20 minutes to correct the error. Regrettably, due to time constraints, I couldn't afford to wait.After expressing my dilemma, the situation was escalated to the manager, who assured me that the steak would only take 10 minutes. However, there was no acknowledgment or solution offered for the delay in receiving the other items of my order.To exacerbate matters, when I inquired about the remaining food, I was met with a dismissive response suggesting that reheating was an option, accompanied by a smirk. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing.Furthermore, the manager's attempt at intimidation by questioning my name, both first and last, was unnecessary and only added to the discomfort of the situation.As a loyal patron of Capital Grille, I have never encountered such poor treatment. My Fiance and I ordered food from this business and we roughly spent $70. We specifically ordered over the phone and I expressed to the order taker that I specifically wanted a promotional item that I had purchased previously. My fiance and I drove from ******, ******** just to eat at Longhorn. We missing food items out of our order and couldnt go right back to the store bcs they had locked the doors bcs of closing at 10:00 but it was 9:55 when we tried to reenter the business. This was 3/06/2024 it has been 3 days and they have not tried to correct the situation at all! I spoke with management and she proceeded to over talk me, wouldnt listen to the point I wanted to speak with her boss. I kept the 3 receipts that they gave me and provided the receipt number over the phone and I still have not been recompensated as of 3/9/2024! Management was rude and argumentative. They are very unprofessional and should have made sure that everything was included in the order and they did not. I feel like my services were not complete and they didnt care about our business at all. I will think twice before I drive 30 miles to eat at a place that displayed very poor customer service! I am very disappointed!!!!! And probably will never eat there again or celebrate any more birthday parties. My first visit was indeed to celebrate a family members birthday but never again!!!!!!Review from Guya J

The location I visited was extremely unprofessional. They provided a time to arrive that food would be available. I arrive and check in early. ********************************************************************** I called, no answer. I enter the building to inquire only to find that my food has been sitting behind the representative. Being that this was my lunch break and so much time had already been lost. I followed up with the restaurant via phone and request to speak to the manager , I was Prematurely disconnected twice before finally connecting with someone who identified themselves as the manager. I requested a refund of my tip as no service was rendered to me and due to my dissatisfaction with the experience. The manager insisted I would need to further inconvenience myself to receive the refund. Once i requested this persons name to escalate my concerns further. After church dinner, Olive garden there were some mistakes in our order it happens manager, ******* told me it is not their fault that us kind of people dont speak clear English. She told me not to come back. Dont want my business and us kind of people dont need to come back dont want our business. She is prejudice *******, Ive been going to that location for 20 years and now I will be going to another because of this ******* the manager prejudiced and rude
