      Installation was done incorrectly. Flashing was supposed to have been used. I went up to the roof and saw only caulking was used. Nothing that wouldnt break down in the ******* sun. Flashing is required to prevent leaking. Our roof now has an ongoing leak. Per the contract the roof acquired a life time guarantee from the installer. We cannot reach them. All numbers in ********** have been shut off. The business has now moved to ***********. Attempting to contact the numbers provided there are useless. No one ever answers. The leak has now cause damage to the ceiling in several bedrooms. They are still in business, all I want is for them to honor their contract and fix the leak and now damage cause to my home.

      Put in the solars back in 2017. They didn’t work took 4 months for someone to come charged us $600 for their error! Finally sold the house and rid of them. Paid off the full balance and over paid. Need a refund of the difference of over payment. But they went out of business

      Maximo Solar installed a Sunbeat Solar battery less than a year ago. I paid 16,000 for this battery. I also have solar panels on my roof that was not installed by Maximo. I noticed I have been receiving a bill from the electric company because my solar battery is Offline and not giving energy back to the house during the night. I called Maximo for service call only to learn they are out of business. I am now on my own with finding a solar company to service my solar battery. On top of this issue, the manufacturer of the battery is not returning calls either. I am a disappointed customer.

      We had Maximo install our solar system in 2017, last week on Thursday, I ran a report and discovered that 5 of our panels on the roof are reporting a defect, and not supplying power. I called Maximo that day twice, then on Friday, then on Saturday, then on Monday. I even sent and email to their *********** email addy, no reply, no returned phone call. At this point it is over a week since I reported the issue, and no one is helping me. Are you able to assist in getting this resolved.

      The panels are not working as they should/ working before. They’re not sending messages to the main control board. A technician needs to come out, there’s no power light on the inverters (2) and I’m not able to connect the inverters to the house wifi

      Hello, I purchased a system from maximo solar and a panel is having problems. I have requested several times via email and leaving voice-mail messages for a service request for months now. It took threatening legal action for them to even respond to me. And still I have not heard anything. I don't understand why they cannot provide acceptable service to their customers. It's is terrible. I will be contacting my lawyer regarding this issue unless they get their act together and provide acceptable service. This is super shady and very unacceptable.

      We been having electrical problems with the breakers on the solar system they smell like wires burning we currently are only using a portable light in our bedroom because every time we turn the lights and ceiling fan on the breaker keeps popping we have called about 25 times in the last week no answer we tried texting no answer we are at the pint of getting a lawyer and having the system removed

      Solar panels are not working properly. It's having a hard time connecting to the electric company. I am frustrated with the communication of this business. I call and noone answers or returns my phone call or emails.

      Maximo has been a a pain since the beginning! They got their money from me fast , but services were slow . I have had them from 2018 . I have had to call constantly just to get the app information. I had an optimizer go bad in one of the panels and it took my **** bill which was higher to find out . I called Maximo and it took them forever to answer and get someone out and then two weeks to get the part fixed . Then last week I got a 400 dollar bill and found out my panels were completely off . I called and emailed and got one email and one call answered saying they would schedule me but no one ever called back. I continued to call and email and no one answered. I went to their office in Orlando which was and hour from my home and it turns out that they closed that office and someone else now owns it and that business has been getting a lot of unhappy Maximo customers looking for them ! They also made it seemed like only they could service the panels in the beginning which is not true thank god . I was so scared I would be stuck with panels that didn’t work but still needed paying for and a full electrical bill. They also mainly spoke Spanish and it made it difficult to communicate with them because hardly any of their representatives spoke English. My husband is half Puerto Rican and without him I wouldn’t have been able to communicate at all most of the time . I am happy to be rid of Maximo and move onto a new company ******* ***** *** !!
