I signed a contract with ***** of Vale Sollar in November of 2023 for solar panels for my home in ************, **. I was given a specific price of about $47,000 with and additional cash amount of $10,000 for a personal cash loan for myself. I agreed to this and applied for the loan and was approved. My contract was accepted and the panels were installed on my home in December of 2023. Now in January, just a few days ago, I called ***** to ask when my panels would be installed and she has informed me that due to her own mistake of not adding in fees she was supposed to put in, the company has refused to pay her commission and is hold her pay for this contract and that she has to come to my home again to have us increase our loan to right HER mistake. This all feels like a scam. She was to increase my loan amount to over $76,000 and I just don't understand how a company can give you a price, write up a contact, do half the work and then decide they changed their minds and give you a new price or we cannot proceed. I am extremely stressed out about this situation and might seek legal advice as well, but I wanted to file this complaint so they can be investigated.

As can be seen in the agreement attached, Vale Sollar was obligated to provide the customer with an **************************** system. In the plans, also attached, you can see that a system with 20x 400w panels was created, which is also what was delivered to the customer. You can see on the screenshot attached that the customer has 20 active panels on his system.

About the *** application, the application was made, and I already requested an update to see if it was approved. Regardless of it, the Florida Solar Act guarantees that ***'s can't prevent someone to install a solar system in their home.
