I can never get a hold of them, there main number rings for all 3 depts, sales, customer service, and the other. No matter which option you choose it rings and goes to voicemail and says their voicemail is full. I have called several times for the last couple weeks and never get a call back. The lady I worked with back during the install was very polite and helpful and now its like the company doesnt even exist. I am starting to feel like I was scammed. They originally told me that when I bought the solar panels I would get 1 free removal/reinstall because I told them I would need to get my roof replaced soon. Now that I am weeks away from getting a new roof I can not get ahold of them for the life of me. I am going to have to call another solar company at this point and have them take the panels down and pay extra out of pocket after only having these panels for 2 years. Avoid this shady business at all costs. They will answer your calls all the time in the beginning and now its almost as if they dont even check their phone.

Vale Solar is the worst company you can hire to install solar panels in your home. Unqualified employees, without certification and licenses for installations. My project has been on hold for 6 months due to the incompetence of the electrician, engineers and technical team due to the lack of documents requested by the city. The owner, Samuel ******, is an arrogant and arrogant person. What Vale Solar does is place the panels on the roof and request payment from the bank, even if the system is inoperative. And to top it off, 98% of the reviews are from Samuel ******'s relatives, the seller Sergio ******* and friends. None of these are Vale Solar customers. Attached are photos of the inspection results.

Dear Mr. *******, we would like to express our gratitude for providing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry if your experience did not meet your expectations and we highly value your input. Please know that we are fully committed to making improvements that will enhance your experience in the future. Regarding your project, we would like to clarify that the installation was conducted on 08/11 and it has not been put on hold for a period longer than 6 months. We understand your excitement about getting solar panels, but we had to wait for the completion of the roof installation and inspections first as your purchased home improvement alongside the solar panels. Rest assured that our team is highly qualified and competent, with all necessary certifications and licenses for those services. On the day of the installation, you specifically requested for the AC disconnect to be placed in a location that we mentioned could potentially be rejected by the inspector. Nonetheless, you went ahead with your decision. Additionally, you brought up the fact that the system isn't working, but as we discussed before, we are unable to turn it on until we meet all the required inspections with the AHJ and receive approval from the utility company. Essentially, the system will not be operational until the project is completed. Lastly, we are here to provide the best possible assistance and we are eager to hear more about any issues you may have, as we are committed to addressing them. Please feel free to contact us at 407-606-5899 or by email at [email protected].

Your answer is trying to blame me for the time it's taking. Let's go step by step: 1-Roof-You sent a roofer to my house with the same profile as your company: Unqualified and without any knowledge of what he was doing. He even robbed you and broke my flat roof. 2- The box was installed wrong because I asked it to be placed where it is. My request was made to place it where it is, because its installer, Anderson, wanted to place it on the East wall of the house and it would be completely out of alignment with the city that requests 10' of distance between the solar box and the main box of the house. FPL. Where Anderson wanted to put it would be 21' and where I said to put it would be 17'. Even though I don't know anything about solar, I'm more than you. I took a box from Comcast so I could install the box there, but Anderson said no. 3- The cables you used to connect the solar to the FPL are wrong. Was it me who chose it too or was it Anderson who put it in? 4- The arrangement of the panels on my roof is different from the project sent to the city. Was it me who said to install it like they did or was it Anderson, an employee at Vale Solar? 5- The clamps used to fix the panels to the roof also failed the inspection. Was it me who asked to install it the wrong way or was it the installer Anderson from Vale Solar? 6- The pads used to attach to the flat roof were questioned by the inspector about the quantity. Was it me who said to put the quantity or the installer Anderson, an employee of Vale Solar? I think you need to review what you are doing, as you do not have any qualifications or skills to offer the service you are offering. To conclude, the most immoral thing is the reviews you have on Google. All from relatives, friends and relatives of your employees.

This has been my experience: solar panels installed on 12/19/2022, batteries installed on 02/10/2023. As of 03/09/2023, they still are not hooked up to the PUD. Soon my solar panels will have been generating power for the air for three months. Energy generated that I will never get back.

We apologize that you had a bad experience with our company and if there is any way to make your experience better please do not hesitate to contact us. Regarding the battery delay install, it was out of stock for quite some time and it affected the project completion date. Your solar system is working normally, but if you have any questions we will be more than glad to assist you!
