On 05/01/2020, My wife ****** and I ****** ******* entered into an agreement with Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation now known as SAPPHIRE CONSULTING SERVICES LLC. Our contact was with ******* {*****) *****. This agreement was to assist in ********** our Time share Wyndham Vacation. We paid $4500.00 on our Discovery card ending in#****. This agreement came with a 100% Money back Guarantee. The last correspondence we had from Sapphire Cancellation was on February 9th, 2022. I had made multiple attempts to contact ******* ***** Owner by phone and Email and received no response. I recently was notified that ******* ***** had closed Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation and reopened a *********** Sapphire Consulting Services LLC. I request assistance in recovering paid funds for a ****************** that has hurt so many people. I would like the BBB to stop them from hurting anymore. They Prey on the needy and Vulnerable. I am a 100% Disabled Vet, and this company is a serious SCAM and needs to be STOPPED. With the number of complaints filed against them I would hope the BBB could forward them to the **'s office in ******* for further Investigation. This Company makes ****** services look bad as well. This Company gives you a 100% Money Back Guarantee then walks away with your money and just changes the name of the business, Florida should not allow them to Operate in that state ever again. Paid $2,600 on our credit card and signed a contract with Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation in 2021. Sapphire Timeshare stated that they pride themselves on transparency and certify a 100% money back guarantee. The company told us to stop paying yearly maintenance fees on the unit and to submit to them any correspondences we received from Harborside. We did this for the past 3 years. Decided to reach out to the company via paper mail, email and by phone with no success - the company had completely vanished. We are still in contract with our timeshare resort and owe $8,000 (as we were charged not only the annual maintenance fee but also late fees and interest due to advised no payment). We are not only out Sapphire's fees but also thousands of dollars in fee, on top of our credit plummeting.Initial Complaint

I contacted Sapphire Timeshare cancellation in 2020 to get out of my contract with a major timeshare company. Sapphire guaranteed me that my contract would be cancelled within 18 would months and they would stop harassing calls from the company. I agreed to the conditions and paid $4500 to them. I would notify them if the timeshare company attempted to call me or my spouse and they would email me and say that they had refiled a stop order to them. I began getting email updates monthly stating that they were working on the case. That latest for approximately 9 months. Then I would alls email them asking for updates. Then 3 or 4 months later I would get no reply. Phone calls were never returned. I’m wondering what legal recourse we all have to get our money back if any. During this time my timeshare company continues to charge me yearly fees. The amount right now is huge.Initial Complaint

Signed contract to secure guaranteed or money back cancellation of timeshare within a 3 year window. Was providing monthly statements and getting notice of receipt, though not much information about what was going on with process beyond guarantee that it was moving, up until April of 2023. I contacted Sapphire Timeshare cancellation in January 2020. The last contact with this company was March. The 24th 2023 case number ***** I tried reaching out to them today, October 23, 2023 in regards to a letter that I received from Wyndham timeshare attorneys office. I was providing Sapphire a copy of the documentation is received my a message back, indicating that the email address was no longer in use. I also tried calling them and received a message that the numbers with the longer in service is there anything at this point that can be done in regards to either contacting this company, or finding out how I can retrieve the funds that were already paid to them in January 2022 to a Breach of the 100% money back guaranteed contract. Sapphire gave no notification of closing or going out of business. I still have the contact signed. If you can please provide guidance on which to avenue to take in order to get all of our moneys returned.
