This was a scam. We acquired this service to terminate a vacation club and paid $3000. We tried reaching out several times with the same story that because of COVID everything was taking longer than it should. Then we went check in again, only to find the email address does not work or phone number. This company defrauded its clients out of money and we would like our money back.

I paid this company $3,500 to help me get out of my Grand Wyndham timeshare. They expressed that they would and also promised that they would give me back the $3,500 dollars if they were unable to help me get out of the timeshare. I began receiving monthly emails explaining that they reached out to Grand Wyndham. Then I received emails explaining that their system has been hacked and to watch out for people trying to recruit me for their business. After that I received a few more monthly emails until it stopped. I tried reaching out to them but the number no longer worked and nobody was responding to my emails. Now my credit is messed up from not paying a timeshare I never used and has been scamming me also. I used my last savings in hopes of this company getting me out of my timeshare. I truly need some help with this matter.

We also have been taken for a ride and paid $3,600 in 2020 to get our time share cancelled with no results. According to our contract, they promised money back after the contract expiry date which has expired and we cannot get in contact with anyone since our last email with Jeremiah Smith, April 8th,2023. Where can we go from here to got our money back as per their contract ? Who can we contact? Perhaps as a group something can be done and I am sure that there must be other businesses that have been suppliers not payed if Sapphire pulled a chapter 13 that can help. The people involved at Sapphire should be published for public knowledge in case they reopen in any other future business but in the meantime how can I get our money back?

I totally agree with most if not all of the reviews. This company is a scam, no longer reply to my emails and the phone number never answers nor replies!! My timeshare was already paid off and attempted to rid myself of annual maintenance fees. My agreement with this company began in Oct. 2021 and was getting feedback until 2-3 months ago!! No email reply as in "undeliverable"!! No phone replies either. I lost/ gave them $2500 for nothing!!!!

LIARS!! I signed up with them in 2019. As everyone has posted they promised to get me out of my timeshare. I paid $3400 for two different contracts, and I will admit they did get me out of one of the contracts, but the other one is still there, and its been almost four years. I just received a collection letter from Wyndham today and tried to forward it over to them and none of the email addresses work and the phones are shut off. I think it is time we all go together and sue the owner in civil court.

I paid Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation $3500 in February of 2020, at that time they had a good rating. This week I received notice from the Timeshare Company that they are starting foreclosure procedures against me and I must pay the maintenance fees up to date, plus interest, plus other fees. I went to forward this letter of correspondence to Sapphire and it was returned, I tried three more times and the email was returned. I tried to go to their website, it is turned off. I have tried to contact the ***** *** ****, in Ft. Lauderdale to ask what is going on? I simply want an explanation and they will not return my phone calls. I do not know what to do. I am upset, no I am more than upset I am angry. I am not sure how this will effect my credit score, if another company can help me, should all of us file a class action law suit? I just do not know. If anyone has any advise I'm listening. I feel Sapphire lied to me as bad as the timeshare salesman that convinced me to purchase that albatross.

0 STARS!! I'm absolutely LIVID right now. I've been dealing with them since March of 2020!! $3500 and 3 years later, no progress! I had just gotten another bill from Holiday Inn and went to forward it to them yesterday, along with a not so nice follow up email, and the email got kicked back and their phone is disconnected. I'm sick to my stomach and now owe my timeshare 4x what I did when this all started!! I feel like such an idiot for ever trusting them to start with. Disgusting.
