Have been using timeshare by owner for a number of years now. From the First time contacting the company, I used Peter Hassanos and from that point on have kept using Peter he is very efficient and getting things completed usually within a day or two at max if there are delays it’s usually from a third-party not Peter. It has been a pleasure dealing with Peter these past years as He Keeps me abreast of what is going on at all times. It is not as common as years past to get great customer Service . as long as Peter stays with timeshare by owner, I will continue to be a loyal customer.Timeshares By Owner

They are a company promising to sell your timeshare. However they come back at you every 3 months wanting more money and awesome promises that never happen. Stay away from them!I have terminated my account due to their non performance of selling my timeshares.Timeshares By Owner

In response to his complaint and regarding Mr. ******** purchases, there are four different programs that he purchased through our services. Those programs include website/walk-in office advertising that remains active and renewed through February 2026. The first purchase took place on February 7, 2024. Subsequent to that, he also purchased three different programs on April 2, 2024, June 13, 2024, and finally September 12, 2024all three for ******** marketing that consisted of three-month seasonal programs. Also included with each advertising program were email blasts going out to those that had expressed interest in Club Wyndham and WorldMark By Wyndham properties and points. The three ******** programs were specifically for the Winter ********, Spring ******** and Summer ******** programs. Also, based on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, he has now been placed on the do not solicit list, so he will not be contacted again to ever purchase more marketing. In reference to his complaint stating that Timeshares By Owner comes back to you every three months wanting more money and promises is a regretful statement, and though we do not make promises to sell or rent a clients timeshare within any particular timeframe or for any specific price, I can understand the sentiment that is expressed, especially with his timeshare not yet successfully sold or rented. Each time a marketing program is purchased from Timeshares By Owner, before we accept the fees, you had to sign a contract in advance or purchase. If he had reviewed that contract each time he purchased, as he should have, he would have understood that we do not have a buyer or renter for his timeshare and we cannot guarantee the timeframe in which his timeshare will sell or rent. We also conducted a quality control call after each purchase. In each quality control (QC) call, he fully acknowledged his understanding of the services that we provided. Had he not acknowledged his understanding of our services or not accepted what was being covered in the **, we would have issued a refund. Obviously, we are successful in moving many of our clients timeshares and we have maintained an A rating through the BBB, not to mention five-star ratings through ****** and ****************. Also of note, it does appear that there have been at least seven different offers that have been presented to Mr. ****** through our ********************* With offers that keep coming through, and though it cannot be guaranteed, I am certainly of the belief that there will be eventual success.I am going to work with our ******************** to see what I can do to help them generate what I hope will be successful offers. To hopefully resolve matters, I will also provide Mr. ****** with two additional marketing programs at no additional cost, which will include yet another ******** Marketing program and an ******************** program that includes both the Timeshare Trader and Elite digital marketing magazines, both 30-day magazines with one following the other. Timeshare by owner has been working wonderfully for both my wife and myself. We have booked three trips with them in the past two years and will definitely continue to use their service in the future. My wife has just retired, and we both look forward to making at least two trips per year to a lovely and beautiful destination.
