    While on the Global Entry CBP Govt website, the Global Entry application came up and with it, the option to complete the form. There was no indication that the application was actually railed to Global Traveler. After payment details were entered, their system would not let me complete the Application and kept messaging me that Payment was declined. All 8 attempts ended up with the system not allowing completion after payment information was input. In addition, based on my review of the online CBP information, the Global Entry Enrollment cost is $120; however, when the application was input, it i requested a $300 fee. There was no disclosure that $180 would be Global Traveler's fee for their services to help with the Global Entry approval. Even though it stated that the payment was denied by my credit card company, a charge of $300.94 was submitted by Global Traveler on 4/1/25 at 6:53 pm.Based on the BBB reviews, this company is not upfront has no transparency and their actual service is not what they advertise. Would never do business or have them handle any of my business with this kind of track record. I contacted Global Traveler to cancel my application and for them to reimburse me the $300.94.

    I was notified by text my TSA Precheck was up for renewal. I clicked the link and was sent to a website, Global Traveler, where I renewed precheck for myself and my wife. This company charged me $253.39 and $251.64 for these renewals. Global traveler said my first Credit card didnt work so I used a second card, only to discover that I had multiple charges on both cards. Because I had only paid $70 for the initial passes I was suspicious and wanted to call their customer service to ask questions. I called the number they provided 5 times just minutes after the renewal transaction, each time waiting in their cue for over 20 minutes and each time when I was the next caller, I was disconnected. I then called *** and they said they had never heard of Global Traveler and that if I needed to cancel the transaction, I needed to contact them. I called both banks and stopped payment on both accounts. After doing some research, I found out that Global Traveler or GlobalFastTrackUS is a 3rd party website that renews your online TSA Precheck for $58.00 and then pockets the rest.for me it was $187.00 for each transaction. They also neglect to tell you what the fee breakdown is, only the total sum.When I called TSA they said my *** account was through ***********. When I called them, Idemia said they never heard of Global Traveleragain this is all very suspicious.I wanted to bring to everyones attention this tactic and remember that you should be suspicious if the website is .com instead of ******

    i was attempting to renew my global traveler card. After entering the information and paying $300 I found out a renewal does not cost that much. I tried to cancel this transaction and then called my credit card company and told them we would not authorize that credit. I also attempted 3 calls and 3 emails and did not get a response from this company. They hung up on me 3 x after saying I was number 2 in waiting. Totally fraudulent company. Don't do business with them! They will take your money!

    why cant i give zero stars.? This turned into a scam and they took my $300. i asked for a refund when they told me there were zero appointments available for the foreseeable future at my local airport and they said they don't give refunds and will continue to monitor the situation and let me know when interview appointments will be available.

    I don't remember ever going to this website, but they charged me $150. I was also charged $120 for my global entry application which is valid. I never agreed to any services by this company. I will not pay the $150. This company is a scam. You tried calling the phone number and no one is ever available to answer it.

    Terrible. A scam. They disguise themselves as being Global Entry. You don't see their affiliation (lack thereof) message until you reach the contact page. I have been trying to cancel my application since 2 minutes after applying and there is no way to reach them. They do not answer their phone and haven't responded to any emails. I am trying to get my money back and it's doubtful. Just hoping they don't use my information for identify theft and fraud. Shut them down!

    ************ is a scam. They do not schedule an interview and repeatedly respond via email to "pick a location and they will schedule the appointment." ************ needs shut down and a class action lawsuit pursued.

    I also was fooled by this website. They stated the charge was $300 for Global Entry, charged my card $297 and still didn't provide any services. The telephone number in their email is never answered. They keep emailing asking for more personal info, which i believe they will use to steal identities. This site is a complete fraud and needs to be shut down.

    I was fooled by this website as well. They claimed their business is legitimate,but no application. Need to report this and take the website down. They said they will refund partial but came back they can't. I learned my ******* Next time, don't click website from ****** search!

    On 8/22/2024 I attempted to complete a Global Entry application. Somehow, by clicking through links I ended up completing an online application through a company called Global Traveler. The company charged my credit card $280. However, when I look for my application through the government's Trusted Traveler website, there is no pending application. I also received no form of confirmation from this Global Traveler company to indicate that they are doing anything with the information provided to them (which includes everything from my passport and trusted traveler number to my contact information and previous addresses. It appears as they this company is defrauding people who think they are applying through the government for Global Entry. I am VERY NERVOUS about all my sensitve info being out there!
