      This is a very deceptive business. **** want to charge you nearly $300, when the actual cost of applying for a Known Traveler Number is about $100 (for the government's Trusted Traveler program). You must read the fine print very closely to realize that this isn't a legit government website. (One hint: Their email address ends in .com, not .gov.) **** do refund your money when you make that request, but that doesn't do much to calm the outrage you feel after having been scammed.

      Deceptive....I'm usually very good at catching these websites but unfortunately it took my cc denying the charges for me to see the red flags. Luckily all of my accounts and info are being monitored and locked down. Make sure you are working directly with homeland security & not these third party scammers

      Global Traveler is deceptive: Their website appears to be an official and legitimate route to obtain Global Entry.They overcharge: Global Entry should cost only $100. They charge $281.75.They will not permit cancellation of an application. When I checked the "CANCEL" box on their application form less than 24 hours after the application was submitted, their reply was that it was unfortunately too late in the application process. They have refused to accept my subsequent multiple requests to cancel, and they continue to send emails telling me I must proceed with the application. It feels like harassment and intimidation. The ************************* in *******, ** should shut them down to protect others from this scam.

      This is a SCAM. This was the top result on ****** and after filling out a very legit application and your credit card being charged, they then send you to a website that isn't in English and you see that it isn't a government website. I immediately called the number they provided and it is a constant loop, saying you're next in line for service and then it disconnects. I want my money back and my info deleted but I'm feeling pretty hopeless. This is a huge fraud and I'm taking all the necessary steps to protect my identity.

      This company tricks people who are googling to find the application for Global Entry. They make it seem that you are giving your personal sensitive data to the government. Instead, they charge $280 instead of $100 and the information never gets to GOES and an interview is never scheduled. This is a SCAM

      This outfit is a scam. They are impossible to contact. If you manage to find their phone number when you call you’re immediately disconnected. If you email, the response is “you’re no connected to the server.”. They are NOT connected to U.S. Customs and Border Protection in any way. Their email address gives you the impression you’re dealing with ***. Definitely NOT !!! As soon as they hit your credit card you’re out of luck !!! Go direct to the *** website and do your application there, you’ll save yourself $180 and a ton of aggregation !!! Learn from the mistakes of others.
