      This company is high way robbery , Payments are suppose to be every two weeks. But instead they are calling every week This company, Steal from their customers. Chris and Chuck , and Mike have poor communication to be sitting in the same location. Over charging customers. And then lying about it. The mechanic, isn't worth a damn. Selling cars with issues, and then bring it back to be charged damn near $1200 in repairs only for the vehicle not to still work. And now dealing with a major dealership to fix. I've never seen a company so unprofessional. But when it come to someone paying for a car that doesn't work and then trying to over charge people. They late payment fee is out of control. The late payment fee is almost as much as a regular payment. Chris doesn't need to be working their he is unprofessional. Chuck sits there texting customers threating to repo their vehicle, and then lying about it. Chuck gets mad and hangs up on customers. Mike is their do boy, He does exactly what he wants. They have been harassing me about my Black ford Explorer. Chris Called me a nasty ******. He has been to my place of business telling My boss my truck is up for repo and that , I'm running from them. And the lady Liz who is suppose to be the big boss has tried to pay my neighbors money to look in my back for my truck. I'm not paying anything . Until they resolve the issue .Ain't no way late payment fees equal a car payment or more. This company will be slandered every day. This company needs to stop over charging, late payment fees that equal a day car payment they need to be investigated.

      This is for the Lakeland Florida dealership. I have purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS from the Lakeland Florida dealership around 6-29-21. I'm disappointed with the quality of service and the overall integrity we have received. As part of the purchase we had a verbal agreement to have the upholster attempt repairs on three of the four door armrest as the leather is rolling off. As of 10-17-21 we haven't resolved this. We have made approximately 7 appointments with the Lakeland office for repairs were 3 times I have dropped off the car to be informed that the upholster didn't arrive. 2 other times I had contacted the dealer and was informed that the upholster again had canceled. I was asked 2 times to drop of the car and place the key in the blocker car on a Monday morning. I informed them I wasn't comfortable with this as they continued to drive the Monday appointment. They have offered to detail the car and I appreciate that and excepted however I still need the upholstery completed.

After speaking with our customer, we contacted the vendor who would do the cosmetic repairs that was promised to him. The vendor agreed to do an appointment off schedule of their normal schedule. Customers repairs are completed and he is satisfied with the outcome.       My car engine blew on 9/22/21 and I have a 25K or 2 yr warranty on my engine. Deal Time wants me to pay half of $3000.00 to fix my car when it should be covered under warranty. I called Deal Time on Friday, 9/17/21 to have my car looked at due to problems and was told there wasn't anything available until Friday, 9/24/21. I explained the problems I had been encountering. Under the warranty and only just buying the car on 02/12/2021 the warranty should cover this.

With our program we offer the customer a free 2-year 24,000-mile Limited Powertrain Warranty, the dealer will pay 50% of the labor and 50% of the parts for the covered system that fail during the warranty period. The systems covered are listed as "internally lubricated engine, transmission & drive gear parts". With our program the customer also receives a Lifetime Service Agreement, which helps customer with wholesale cost in parts and $50 labor per hour for any service done at our facilities. We do sell used vehicles, and with used vehicles there will be repairs on them. Customer put 10,321 miles on vehicle since sold date. The total repair of the engine- Parts/Labor is $3263.03 This is covered in the 50/50-split warranty. So our customer is only responsible for 1708.81 and we are responsible for the other half. Also not to mention our customer can finance half of that. So, engine ordered, removed and replaced- Customer can pay $854.41 at the time of engine being ordered, completed and picked up. The other $854.41 can be financed for 90 days. We strive in our customer service and will always be there to assist them with anything on the vehicle.
