      4/8/2025 on This date I started having mechanical problems with my vehicle 2015 dodge jeep grand cherokee I told my car to the shop where they have diagnose my car and said it was the *** which when they took the car to ******* repair to get the *** programmed they found out that it wasnt the problem I they realized that it was electrical problem so they tried to fix the problem their self which they are not certified to work on electrical I ask why they just wouldnt take it to someone that deal with electrical the response was they was going to fix they then fingers out they couldnt fix the problem their self which so they then took it to the jeep dealship where yesterday I was notified that jeep found the problem but dealtime is going to be doing the repairs their self I have been without a car for two weeks now

      I financed a car from Deal Time in *******, ** 32 days ago from todays date, which is 1/23/25. Within two weeks of me having the car, Ive had issues with it. I called the dealership to let them know because my car came with a ***** mile warranty, so it was within the limitations of my warranty to get fixed. Since I have reported the issue and have attempted to speak with a manager at the corporate office, nothing has been resolved. They keep telling me nothing can be done. Ive asked for my money back or for them to put me in another car. I cant take off from work for them to keep my car until they decide to fix it. I was told nothing was wrong with the car the time of purchase. I just want my money back at this point because this car lot has been nothing but an inconvenience and a headache. I was told they were going to have a resolution within 24 to 48 hours on whether they would swap me out or refund my down payment. I have heard nothing back from them and when I call to speak to a manager, I get told they are unavailable. I am disgusted with this car lot and I dont want any further dealings with them.

      We were willing to diagnose this vehicle to see that the problem was, but the customer stopped making the scheduled payments as agreed and we had to repossess the vehicle. We're always willing to honor our commitments and expect the customers to do the same

      My car payment is currently 9 days late and they call me 4 to 6 times a day daily and they send me text messages that my car is going to be disabled. I asked them twice to contact me after 5pm doing the work week because I am a truck driver and I am driving however the calls continue and it is a distraction for me on the road

      Calls from auto loan agency I am $800 behind on payments, they claim I agreed to insurance which I did not as I had my own, I have provided bank statements for the last 1.5 years showing all payments have been made, I keep receiving emails that my account is behind and even a repo notice as again I am up to date and have provided necessary documents, this is causing a great deal of anxiety and they keep avoiding the bank statements provided showing my payments are upto date. I need this to stop now, worst service I have ever received!

      Deal Time has not been truthful about the balance of my loan. They do not send invoices. As a borrower, I am not able to see the remaining balance on my loan. I have spoken to agents from Deal Time on a recorded line several times, inquiring about my remaining balance, and the agents have failed to provide me with that information. When a payment is made towards the loan, the receipt does not state the remaining balance. They violate the Truth in Lending Act by not disclosing information about all loan charges and fees, including the number of payments, monthly payment, late fees, and whether the loan can be prepaid without penalty.

      I recently found out that the vehicle I purchased has been in a front end accident which has caused some alignment issues. Upon finding this information I also found out that there is a hole in my air box and the hole was filled with Bondo. I took the vehicle to the shop to inform them of this and get a resolution. I was told very rudely that I can take the vehicle to ********** to have it looked at for the alignment issue/check for accident damage(which I have already had this done with pictures of the issue.) I was okay with doing this but when I asked about the hole being fixed he asked what hole so the mechanic said, THERE IS A HOLE IN THE AIR BOX. The mechanic was told to create a work order and give it to me. I am wondering WHY, because the car was bought like this. I think his name ******* or ******. His tone made me upset so I asked him WHY WAS HE MAD and that his tone sounds angry? + I stated that they need to fix this problem. My Car has had front electrical issues also and I am wondering is all of this connected. I told him that I would be contacting channel 9 because this is not right. He arrogantly said, Has the car broke down and I said yes and there are work orders of this, he then said CALL THEM(channel 9 AND GIVE THEM MY NAME). He then told the mechanic to cancel my warranty and he was not doing s*** for me anymore. His attitude is very nasty and this is not the first time we have a interaction. All because of concern about a vehicle that I am still making payments on. If I miss a payment they will be calling your phone all day and threating to repo. Instead of handling this like a business conversation, I felt like I was arguing with someone on the street. All I am asking is fix this hole because I don't know what kind of problems it has/will cause. Also just fix the problem(front end damage) instead of being argumentive. To talk and treat people the way that I have been treated is not good..

      I have agreed to this offer because I have no other choice and i am grateful for this but its not right. I just want to say that it is sad that a car dealership can sell damaged cars and the buyers are responsible. I got an estimate for the repairs from the dealership for *******. I was also offered by the company to contact my insurance company and tell them I was in a accident and file a claim,But the thing is I HAVE NOT BEEN IN A ACCIDENT!!! So that would be falsely making a claim.  The car was purchased and the front end damage was already an issue when purchased. I and I did not know about it until I went

      and tried to get an alignment. There needs to be some changes to this Lemon Law because unfortunately people are being taken advantage of and there is nothing they can do about it.

      I got a car from deal time had a issues with it mechanical issues and since they been under the hood its been nothing but issues they over charging me for work on the car that should be covered by the warranty I paid for , havent had the car for a yr and its been in the shop over five times they even trying to double charge me for something they already barged me to fix I also brought issues to their attention upon bringing the car in for issues and they say its nothin wrong but two days later them same issues comes up like I have to explain better in person they are getting over on me and Im filing a lawsuit and I have all receipts to back everything I said happened they are crooks and would like some type of assistance to file a suit

      I purchased a 2019 ******* Tuscan the cars have had several issues and they never honored the repairs warranty that they have .I have the company that they are contracted to do their phone calls scam calling and cursing , and threating to repo my vehicle and saying you better make a **** payment. Calls are supposedly recorded for quality and monitoring assurance. This company is a fraud and a scam and Ill be going to reach out to someone on the legal side side because I dont have a contract with you Drive Auto its with Deal time Cars and Credit . I have helped this company get so many clients and also helped out with repos and this is the thanks I get . This is one money hungry company . And its a scam.       Yesterday I called on 10/22/2024 and spoke with an agent From Dealtime cars and credit , the agent made a payment arrangement for Thursday 10/24/2024 for 620 on my auto loan . Today I was working and the repo company showed up to my house to repo my car. Luckily I know the repo person and Ive done plenty of business with this company , and due to the agent knowing me she called me . I was forced to pay something to that was going to mess up my account the account manager was unprofessional. Calls are supposedly recorded for quality and monitoring assurance. Well why did the agent *** see the note that stated that payment arrangement 10/24/2024 - *** was the agent that took the call on 10/21/2024 . *** agreed this wouldnt happen . Deal time cars and credit already violated , the *** dealer rule . When they sold the business to (You Drive Auto) and no customers were informed , not to mention they are not following through with the warranty that was given to the vehicle. This company is a fraud and a scam and Ill be going to reach out to someone on the legal side side because I dont have a contract with you Drive Auto. I have helped this company get so many clients and also helped out with repos and this is the thanks I get . This is one money hungry company . And its a scam. Ill be making a report with a DMV !!!!

      We have contacted this customer and advised her that we didn't send a repo company to pick up this vehicle since she did have a promise to pay. This customer has 2 accounts with us the other account was past due with no promise to pay and that is the vehicle that we assigned out for repo but was not repossessed. We have since helped this customer with payment extensions on both accounts to become current on payments.

      I am rejecting this response because: there was a recorded phone call that stated I requested a payment arrangement on both accounts because they have outsource to a new company in ******. The agent did not properly notate both accounts so therefore a ************ was sent out. I have all the calls recorded and I have them all begging me to remove these complaints. Im not done with this company. I will continue to file complaints. The *** is investigating them now. This company lied and has been s******* customers over for the last eight months so I will refuse and reject this response because not once have I spoke with anyone from Deal Time every person Ive spoken to is from you drive auto company that has now bought Deal Time cars and credit and not once have they notified customers that there was a change in ownership

      I have been a long time time customer of Deal Time. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them. I absolutely loved the first vehicle I bought and I had a great experience. This second time around has broke me from ever buying another car from them ever again and I will never be referring anyone again either! When I bought my 2014 ***** Equinox, they were aware that there was an issue with the catalytic converter. They put it in the sales agreement that it would be fixed within 30 days of me purchasing. 30 days passed. Nothing. I called multiple times over the next few months to inquire about when my car would be fixed. I was lied to multiple times saying the part was ordered and would take 7 days to come in. This went on for 8 months! Finally **** in service was able to confirm with me that the part was in fact never even ordered at all! We finally got it ordered and they fixed the car. The fix lasted 3 days. I had to make an emergency move out of state that same week and whatever they fixed gave out on the interstate in the middle of **************. I called them and explained what happened. I asked if they would be willing to cover the costs if I took it for repair in my new state. I was told no. I then asked if I cover the cost out of pocket would they reimburse me or credit my account? Also told no. I ended up Paying out of pocket to have it fixed yet again but this car consistently has issues that all relate back to the original issue and Deal Time doesnt care. Im tired of fighting with them about it. My next move is a lawsuit if we cant find a common ground for this issue.
