I Purchased a 2013 Cadillac Ats on 4-13-24 the payment to them was $1800 for the down payment plus other monthly payments on this car which is $400 a month and it been paid for 3 months. Prior to the first month of April there has been issues with the car leaking oil and resulted in us having to get new transmission lining for it. Later all types of electronics on the car are failing as well as numerous lights on the dashboard such as check engine and a tire monitoring and oil pressure the car would keep making weird noises on the engine and when brought to Track one Auto they kept giving me run arounds saying that absolutely nothing was wrong with the car and just kept saying it could just be sensors. I later found out that the repairs on this car are far more than just getting sensors replaced because now it is not working and many times I kept trying to get in contact with this mechanic at track one and nothing has been resolved I just also want to point out that plenty other of customers who have went to this company have experienced plenty of issues in their own vehicles I understand this is a car business and they need money to thrive but to sell people faulty cars just isn't right and no one deserves to be sold a faulty car at all. I just wanted this fixed but every time I've taken this car to them all of those problems were ignored and now it's left me without a car.Customer response

They claim to not have a tow truck or some sort of tow arrangements I was told yesterday that a mechanic would have a look at the vehicle to see what issues are there. I'm calling today and letting the person on the phone know that there are problems with the vehicle to where it can't get it to be transported to follow-up with yesterday's phone call. My only question is Don't they try and repossess vehicles that are unpaid for? What do they do exactly? Is my question. And then if I'm having a mechanic tell me that they will try to "work with you" "work with me" I don't know what to expect at this point.

The ******************************************************* the contract that the customer sign. Any attempt on our part to help the customer fixing their vehicle is considered a favor and excellent customer service for going out of our way to help them with any issues with their vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from track one auto sales drove the vehicle off the lot it immediately started have problems lights was going on and off, stereo wouldn't turn off, doors wouldn't lock all the lights went out on vehicle took it right back to the shop where it's been for the last 2 weeks I never got a chance to experience the vehicle and they will not refund me for a car they knew had electrical issues.... The owner refuse to talk to me the secretary keep telling me ***** the owner will call me he have not called and said anything..... Got a used car from Track One Auto buy here pay here when I could no longer afford the payments they called me and I told them I could no longer afford the car. They informed me that if they repossessed the car they would put a lean on my license for the total amount dueBusiness response

customer was advised by the office to return the vehicle and all keys in other to avoid any charges. let me quote the contract that customer sign, in the case of a repossession, any fees spent to retrieve vehicle customer is responsible for. customer fail to return vehicle and the car keys. Therefore, a lien was be filed against customer for the repossession fee and the car keys.Customer response

****** ****** I called the business to inform them that I couldnt return the car to them that was my only transportation that I have. I called them ahead of time and told them i couldnt afford the car anymore and when I was on the phone with the young lady and I informed her of this she said thats fine she asked for my address and asked me to leave the keys under the seat said someone will be coming to get the car. I was home when they came to retrieve the car. I left the keys under the seat where I was told to leave them. Track one Auto did not come in a tow truck they came to my residence in car someone got out the driver side of that vehicle and then got into the **** Fusion the car that I was returning got the keys from under the seat where I was instructed to leave them and drove away. So I dont understand how that company is gonna put a lien on my license when it took them 35 to 40 min that 2 people drove in a car to my residence to retrieve a car. That makes no since. If I wouldnt have called them and didnt pay for the car at all and just kept the car without calling or hid the car to keep them from getting it. That would have been wrong. I thought I was doing the right thing by calling Track one and informing them of my situation, but i guess not. But i guess doing right gets you know where.Initial Complaint

Date of transactions 05/09/23 Amount was paid $1000 for down payment The total amount for this car Is placed at $6,500.00 Which I believe is over price Dealing with mechanical problems The dealership is Track one auto 4104 Old Winter Garden Rd Orlando Fl 32805 (My complaint in detail words starts here.) Track one auto sales has not been a help for me. Since the first day I’ve got the car I have been experience multiple bad experience with this vehicle I cannot rely getting from work safely and back home safely with this vehicle. Since the beginning when first purchasing this vehicle, the car will stall and shut off in the middle of the road, honestly, the vehicle will stop and shut off in the middle of the road. It’s really scary and uncomfortable. Not even that ever since the first day I’ve got this vehicle the engine has been linking oil from the bottom of the engine really really really bad. I took the car to Subaru. They told me that this car can catch on fire and that they can’t believe that Track one auto gave me this vehicle. I took pictures and videos and also I have it in writing from Subaru once I’ve got a diagnostic done on the vehicle. All of the symptoms in trouble that I’m having on this vehicle was already there since the first day I got the car I just don’t know a lot about vehicles and I don’t think it’s fair that a person can buy a vehicle from a dealership and go through so many problems after paying their money, not even that it’s a safety issue. I’ve contacted Track one auto and they are not friendly. I’ve tried to get my money back from a second or third week once I got the car with them they are not having none of that. They told me that I can just take the car to someone else since I don’t like their services because I’ve got tired of taking my vehicle to them constantly about the same issue that they’re supposedly fixed, I don’t know what to do. I don’t know where to go for help but please somebody help me. With no car I will have no job.Business response

To whom this may concern, The Subaru was sold as is which was made cleared to the customer at the time of purchase. despite all of that we did reached out to the customer and help him out free at charge. at some point customer become very disrespectful and hard to work with. Been having issues and problems with my car when I first bought it as far as in I can't drive it in city limits or long distance without it cutting off on me thought it was some type of problem but after I got the motor replaced it started doing it even worse than I mentioned it to them as far as in I've been having this issue and with me replacing the engine I should be able to at least drive two and three hours without it cutting off with me paying over $400 then car payments I shouldn't have a car cut off on you five and six times a day after getting a motor replaced still paying the car payment telling them I wasn't comfortable paying the car payment because I know after the motor goes the transmission goes replace the motor few months to transmission go out the same month I pay $400 for the car payment he tells me to get him $1,000 for a trade in and he will keep my contract the same the problem now that we have he didn't keep my contract the same when I only owe $3,000 for the car that was a total lie also I only have to call 2 days after I got in a car wreck and I would have let the insurance fixed it because it was full coverage because the insurance wasn't in my name and then someone else name I wasn't comfortable with that so I agreed to pay out of pocket which I did I have my receipts I even fixed everything that was broken on the car before taking it back to the car lot was only supposed to replace a motor never intentionally put hands on my car to call me and say I owe $4,000 when I come up there to show him my receipts he only says 15 hundred to put a motor in and when I went to ask him about the old contract is where things went left so if someone can please reach out and help me with this matter before I get an attorney I will greatly appreciated I have all receipts and everything as far as in got my car repoed three times from them and have been $2,500 total all three times he's like 250 car repo 400 to get your car back on top of paying them in your car insuranceInitial Complaint

I bought a used vehicle from this dealer. They told me the mechanic looked over the car and all necessary repairs were done. Got the car was driving it home and the wheel was making a noise and shaking. Called the place after exchanging words they agreed to look at the car. I brought the car back which is over an hour away and left it with them and Uber home. They had my car for several days and they stated they had to replace the wheel bearing and control arm. Picked the car up and drove home While driving home the car felt like it was dragging and slamming into gear. Called them again and spoke with the mechanic they said to bring the car back and they will look at it again. Went to drive the car and now the car will not drive more than 15mph The car is dangerous to be driving over an hour away as it barely moves. I called and asked if they would come tow it they refused. I asked if they would reimburse me if I have it towed they said no. I asked if I could take it to a local mechanic and be reimbursed and they stated no. I feel it is very unfair to me to have to keep returning this vehicle at my expense I have asked for a refund or an exchange of the car and they refuse. Please help me
