    I purchased a vehicle from them back in december of last year, when i traded it in i was owed a warranty cancellation refund of a little bit above $2000. I contacted them which was a hassle within itself and sent over the requested documentation. The cancellation went through and ever since then everytime i call them they say finance is out for the day, i was calling almost every day for almost a month straight, i was told i would get a call back and never did either. Everytime I went to the dealership i was told the same thing. Its been months worth of a hassle. I then find out that their dealership is shut down so i contacted the warranty company myself, to find out that they sent the check to the world auto dealership, and world auto cashed in my check. I texted the owner of the dealership with no response. The warranty company which is 'alpha warranty' informed me that since the check was cashed out by world auto they are unable to assist me.

    On August 11th 2024, I purchased a black 2018 ***** GS350 F-Sport from salesman ***** I was assured living in ***** and not *******, that my tags would be express delivered to me the moment they received them. It has now been nearly two months with no communication. Reaching out to the salesman concluded in a generic message stating that he was out due to extenuating circumstances. I have tried many times to contact the tag department of the dealership but it has been simply ringing on end for weeks. Never have i dealt with a FL tag not being available within the expiration of the temporary tag. I need the permanent FL tag immediately for transport to and from work and since the tags are expired, is illegal to use in such manner. For all future purchasers, please be mindful of their tactics and subpar quality of care inventory.

    On September 1, 2024. I purchased a $30,000 2020 ****** 370z from this dealership. They then tried to basically rush me and keep telling me how good the car is and everything else. Then told me they were gonna go get it checked at there mechanic before they gave it to me. My mom was outside waiting and told me all they did was start the vehicle and drive it around and back and park it. come to find out AFTER getting the car. There was sludge in the engine, and the vehicle needed New cover valves, oil pan cleaned, and engine flushed PLUS spark plugs they tried to offer a tow truck to ******* AFTER I drove it from *************************** to ************ **, but the vehicle was in such bad shape it started misfiring real bad and the engine light came on. Car started to have a jerk to it when letting off the gas or going to press the gas! I tried multiple times to contact Wen, and contact the dealerships **. After multiple failed attempts of them not answering or when not texting back. I then pulled into a ****** and as soon as I saw wen sent a message after hours of no response, I proceeded to call Wen. I explained I HAD to take it to ****** due to them not wanting to answer. When I called and explained itd only be $2,000-$2,500 to fix the engine- he said they would take that route. ****** proceeds to work on the vehicle since wen said WE WILL TAKE THAT ROUTE. I call him back after sending him the Invoice from ****** and he proceeded to tell me they wont be covering the cost my car is now stuck at ****** and cant be picked up until it is paid for. I then tried multiple times to contact the **, sales manager, wen, and front desk. Its almost as if they blocked me.

    On 5/16/23 i made a down payment of 33k i wrecked the car a couple months later fixed most of it and took it there to trade it in he they told me it will take a week when i went back 2 weeks later they had the car blocked off and tryed to trespass me after i called the police to file s complaint on dealership fraud the car had a lien for 9k after we had the confrontation the title was completely out my name

    I traded in my vehicle on April 15, 2024 and they gave me $8,000 for my trade in which was a paid off 2016 ************ Elantra with 34k miles on it. The trade in went towards the 2014 ************* CLA that was 15k. The first issue was they gave me 8k for my trade but tried to make my sign off on a loan for 15k after my trade in so they basically tacked on 8k worth of fees back in my loan to make it a full 15k which means there basically trying to get my trade in for FREE. I test drove the car and it drove beautifully but I can tell it needed a tune up and the windshiled had a huge crack. I told them I will only get the car if they agree to fix whatever issues i see wrong with it and they agreed. They end up giving me the tune up but never fixed my windsheild. I end up fixing it thru my insurance. Then about a week or two later I had a coolant message that kept appearing on the dash board that the coolant was leaking. looked under the car didnt see a leak. about a month later, I notice a leak now and its fast to the point where its coming straight thru to the bottom. I overheated and had to tow the car to the dealer for them to fix the hose. about two weeks after that the coolant light comes on again. Once again I see no leak. about another two weeks go by and my car is misfiring crazy and my car even locked up at one point. the dealership never answers the phone when I call and they were already fed up with me coming there because the owner even tried to trespass me at one point for trying to get help with the lemon they sold me. I had a mechanic just do a basic look at my car because of the symptoms I was telling him and he looked under the oil cap and seen white milky stuff on the cap and informed me I have a blown head gasket. I then took it back to the dealer and told them they sold me a car with a blown headgasket. They agreed that that they will fix it which I have a voice recording of and sat on my car for two weeks!     I tried to purchase a vehicle from them and put a $5000.00 down-payment, the deal did not go through now I can not receive my down-payment back. It's been over a week. I have all the messages emails etc...there was no contract signed ever or papers except the pre approval paperwork for financing.

    I bought a truck there and I have had two temporary tags now my tag is out of date and they will not talk to me about it so I have a truck that I am making payments on and cant legally drive it

    This has got to be the worst dealership. My terrible experience started when I saw a M4 online and May takes approximately a week to get in contact with me consistently so I can get my questions answered. After she informs me Ive been pre approved for their 2018 440I. I situate my insurance, finances and head over to their location 4/12/2024 in ******* far from home. After hours at their office I make my downpayment for them to say theyre unable to move forward as they are incapable of waiting to see my paystub, why would they collect payment and then fabricate an issue after theyve said ive been cleared, well as well come to find out this is part of how they do business. That same night I had them refund me which they did by voiding the transcation. The following day 4/13/2024 they follow up with me to tell me they dont need what made them incapable of making the sale the day prior (while I was there) and they wanted to offer to deliver the car. One day turns to two and reasonably its the weekend so here we are Monday. I call 4/15/2024 to verify my car delivery for the afternoon, they take their deposit @1230 monday, and then they contact me back saying that theres an issue with my trade in @1300. To which I retort and say my insurance is offering more than what youre offering for trade in credit, then they turned around and said they wanted x more for the deposit I immediately said I need my refund @1330 via text and phone call to numerous individuals they then dodge and avoid phone calls to get my money back. the guy who called me 4/13 he finally is able to give me the REFUNDED NOT VOIDED receipt on 1730. I still have yet to see the funds in my account, but I would NEVER recommend anyone over here. A stellar Definition of FAR below SUB STANDARD, lousy. No wonder why theres a bullet hole in the glass they tried to cover with a sign. I NEED MY TRANSCATION VOIDED AND THE ***** IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP

    I financed a 2018 *** 430i from world auto there was no check engine lights on when I checked it out 50 miles after I left the check engine light came on but it was already to late they were closing by the time I would have gotten there and I had to drive home to pa from ******* . When I got home I took it to the garage and they told me it had a bunch of issues. I got a warrenty with the car but they wont answer the phone and wont return my calls. At this point I dont even want the car. This happened 2 Fridays ago and still no call. They also did something weird with the loan making it seem like the car was coming out of ***** so the loan would go through. And didnt even give me a valid pink slip or registration.
