    December 18th, I went to this dealership to attempt to purchase a 370Z. The "deal" wasn't great and I asked for some time. The manager offered to hold the deal for me in exchange for a deposit. He stated "If you don't buy a car, you can have the money back no questions asked." I paid the deposit of $100. I told the manager that I was going out of town, and I would message him once I had returned to finalize the deal and move forward with purchase. I sent a few messages on both numbers I had. I got no responses. I then tried calling the dealership multiple times to talk about my deposit. The person fielding the phone call told me (each of the many times I called), "there is only one person who handles that, and she is also in charge of cashiering and bills for the entire store. She is very hard to get a hold of and rarely picks up the phone." I was then transferred. Nobody answered, and the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. Nobody offered any other methods to get ahold of her. I live an hour away from the dealership. I work two jobs. One of my jobs operates during World Auto business hours. I don't have a ton of free time to be wasting.I had been calling and texting for several weeks beginning December 20th with zero responses and zero concerns from World Auto. Nobody explained to me there was a time limit to receiving my deposit. The manager didn't mention it, and the cashier didn't mention it. I finally had the free time to drive to the dealership the other day (after trying to call again with no luck). They will not give me my deposit back because I am now outside of the arbitrary "30 day" policy I was supposed to know about through ESP and Osmosis. If they needed my $100 that bad, they could have just told me they needed help and were taking "donations."This is the most disorganized and dishonest company, with very poor customer service I have ever experienced. I hope they bought a nice meal with my "deposit."

    DO NOT BUY FROM WORLD AUTO INC,I purchased vehicle 07/27/22 Recently contacted dealership 01/02/24 These people are thieves and liars! I was told I was approved for financing , During the process I worked with one of sales representative and one of the sales managers through the financing process. I was sold a fully insured vehicle without a warranty but should have had gap insurance that was added once I agreed to sign the contact. A year later I got into an accident to find out they added the service warranty without my consent and dropped the gap coverage from the contract when pushing the deal through the bank! They provided a pricing recap that showed the price for my gap insurance coverage to be added and a service contract. I stressed to them on several occasions that my vehicle needed to have gap coverage. I received only page 1 of the contract, and it wasn't until a year or so later that I discovered there were missing pages of the contract that I was provided to me directly after signing the contract. I recommend that no one buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and vehicles are way over the value price. The ow we **** is very unprofessional shady and is j own for doing bad business!! He talk to his employees like crsp and customers. I am now attempting to get a full refund, Have coverage added or will be forced to file a lawsuit.

    Dear Ms. ******, we understand that you have had some difficult times with your car accident; however, per our records and documents signed by yourself, you had personally selected to only opt in (purchase) the extended warranty and decline the *** coverage. In addition, you also signed all the documents, including the bill of sale/Buyer's Order and the *** 553 contract, both of which reflect that no *** coverage was purchased and only the extended warranty (service contract) was selected and purchased by you. During the purchase process, we initially always offer both *** and extended warranty coverages to our customers; however, the choice is always the customers and ultimately, some elect to purchase only one, both, or in some cases neither. In your particular case, you elected to only purchase the extended warranty and not the *** coverage. Please find attached all the signed documents reflecting your selections.

    Please find attached all the signed documents reflecting that the customer was well aware of the fact that hey only purchased the extended warranty and no *** coverage. Please also find attached the "Optional Product Selection" document signed by the customer, which reflects the customer specifically only selected and purchased the extended warranty and did not purchase the **** The customer attached an image of the first offer we present to the customer, in which we always offer both products; however, sometimes the customer only elects to purchase one or the other product, both, and sometimes they elect to purchase neither. Ultimately, the choice is always the customers. In this customer's case, we offered both products to the customer initially; however, after some back and forth, the customer only elected to purchase the extended warranty and not the *** coverage. We have included all the documents, reflecting this choice, signed and dated by the customer themselves. Thank you.

All the signatures match the signature on you ID. In addition, the bank also has you on a recorded line verifying and confirming the purchase, all products purchased, payment, etc.

    In mid July I inquired about a 2016 BMW 340i M Sport and worked with Jonathan (manager at the time) on purchasing the car and explained I would be coming from Michigan to buy it. I bought plane tickets and flew down on July 29th, 2023 expecting to have everything ready as planned. I was picked up from the airport in the 340i and the tire pressure was low. They sent it to have it filled once we got to the dealership and said it was fixed. We found out that the tire had a broken cord (likely from a large impact) and the tire sidewall was bubbling, which posed a safety hazard for the 18h drive home. When we arrived at World Auto, the paperwork was not ready to sign and was incorrect twice, and it still has discrepancies. We waited two hours for the paperwork, then we waited for what we were told were the final steps in the detail/cleaning. After an additional two hours, the car was brought back untouched and not cleaned because of low staff. I was charged $899 for the “predelivery service charge” which is for the dealer “inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles, and preparing documents related to the sale”...None of those things were completed when we arrived. Additionally, there were supposed to be two keys, however they could not find the other, and the one I was given had a dead battery. Also, the car barely had any gas in it, even after it was sent to be filled up. I was told by Jonathan that he was approved to cover the cost of the additional key and “one used tire”. The key is a highly specific, $750 (quoted from BMW dealership in my city) key only a BMW dealership can program (I was told by multiple remote key locksmiths). I was told I would be reimbursed for $1050 (1 tire and a key), they couldn't refund the predelivery fee because "they charge it for everyone". My second temporary tag has expired without the possibility of a 3rd, I do not have a copy of the title, the tags, or the check yet for reimbursement.

Additionally, as your registration has to be completed in your home state of Michigan, we have to go through a third party vendor in Michigan, local to the area. As mentioned during the phone call, we apologize for the delay and inconvenience; however, the process has already been initiated and all necessary documents and the title have been provided to said vendor. We have no control as to thier expediency in the process however we have made them aware of the urgency and requested that they process the paperwork as soon as possible, and as soon as the registration is completed, we would gladly overnight that to you as well.

    On 05/31/2023 I purchase a 2020 Dodge Ram truck VIN* ***************** for $52299.00 from World Auto 6321 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32809, phone number 407-412-6944. On 8/12/2023 the truck stop working on interstate 95. I called World Auto they said there is nothing they can do about it. I had to pay to get the truck towed to my house. Since purchasing the truck I have taken the truck back for oil change and new oil filter. When I purchase the truck World Auto said they were going to put new tires on the tuck, that didn't happen. My truck tag expired on7/31/2023 they have been giving a different story every time I call. Even telling me I have to pay for the new tag. On 8/12/2023 World Auto said my tag come in, now they said it sitting on the front office desk. I called in talk to a Manager at World Auto this morning around 9:00am 8/14/2023. I have not receive a call back now they are not returning my call.

    On May 17th I stopped in to world auto and saw a car my girlfriend I thought would love so I went to talking with salesman the didn’t speak English so he got another guy name Joel this likes to lie to get a deal done he never told me that they require $1,000 down he made it seemed that I had to tell what to put down so I ended up putting $3,000 down anyway then as we talked more about the deal he hit me with a high payment I said that’s to much so he got to tell him what payment now he’s got me thinking it got to be pretty high in order to get the car well he went back and fourth meanwhile kept asking for the money down I hadn’t drove it yet so he finally had me drive got off the lot and it ran out gas at the red light so they left me there at the light broke down they went and got some gas so I drove it about 3 blocks we came back he’s asking for the down payment again then comes back with a contract with high interest on it I said that’s to high he said they don’t set the fin company does but I could refin it in 6 months and get that lowered and I told him I wanted to transfer my tag asked if he needed the reg or number he said no I couldn’t even drive it home had a bad tire he said they would deliver the next morning we’ll they did that afternoon I look at it closely the next day the whole plastic engine cover underneath was ripped up and falling off oh and the drivers door panel was coming loose they said they would fix it but when I told them about the engine cover they said that always happen but they wasn’t doing nothing about it and there wasn’t even a spare tire in the car everytime I’ve to try and talk to some about any of this I’m put to a voice mail that is full or told they will call me back and never do so now my temp tag has ran out for four days I’m calling get the run around then they said my plate is there I didn’t ask for a plate I was transferring a plate I had a credit at the DMV for a plate I was saving for our daughter to use she just turned 16 so after two day of calls and agruing I was told I can pay for the new plate or do without they used my credit without my permission this dealership and Joel and the mgr victor are lyers and once you buy a car there done with you no customer service what do ever so I paid more for a tag then I should have and now my credit I was saving is gone and can never talk to anyone and no one ever calls back they said they will to shut you up and get off the phone or send to a voice mail that’s full and was never offered the credit life on my contract and in order to get it it has to be recontacted but they want do it

    Worse company ever!! They hide behind the people at the front desk. Bought a truck from them on January 12, 2023. 90 days and NO TAG YET!!!!!! Tag was suppose to given to me within 30 days. No tag. It is now April 17th and no tag. I can’t drive the vehicle with an expired tagI had to drive over an hour away to pick up a tag after the 30 days for another temporary tag.. All I get is transferred when I call on the phone, Mail boxes are full, No one calls back. And lied to that my tag will be in at the end of the week. Give me the tag or give me a refund and take the truck back,

    On February 22, 2023, I contacted World Auto because I was interested in a Toyota Corolla vehicle they were selling at their dealership.I spoke to a representative Kaz, who provided a link to an online application. I applied for said vehicle and provided proof of income, etc. I was very direct about the payment I wanted to make which was below $400 per month, She called me back and informed me I was approved for the car with the terms I said, and that I needed to come in for a test drive and to sign paper work. And to ask for a person named D*****. I arrived at World Auto in the morning about 10 AM, and was greeted by another person D*****, who was not expecting me at all, he advised me to sit as he was taking care of other people. I took a seat, and after about an hour, he came back and told me that the car I applied for was not available anymore. I was upset since I took the day off for this and I felt like they were wasting my time. Hours passed, and I test drove a few other cars which by the way some smelled like marijuana. When I remarked about it, he said that his employees take the cars home. Anyway we then found another Toyota Corolla. I paid a $2000 deposit. Mr D***** came back and said that I was going to pay a bit more monthly because of my credit, I asked how much and he said $499. It was a bit much but I needed the car, he said that the car needed to be detailed so I had to come Saturday to pick it up and to also sign the papers. I went that Saturday and the car was not ready or the paperwork. I asked the manager I wanted my deposit back, in which he said yes, but I needed to come Monday. I went the next Monday to get my deposit, and they refunded it. At that moment, I thought everything was said and done and our business was over. On 3/3/2023 these people made TWO illegal and fraudulent withdrawals to my bank account for $250 each-totalling $500. I need this money to be reimbursed immediately. They are aware of this, but have not reimbursed me yet

    For over a month now world auto has promised to fix my trunk on a car that i just purchased on 10/19/22. They lie and say that they have ordered the part but conveniently the part has still never came over a month later. I also have explained to them that there is no way this car was checked out before they sold the car to me because I immediately had to fix the brakes in the back, rotors, rear tire, alternator, car antenna and had to put oil in the car because it was empty. When I tried to discuss all of these things with the General Manager Victor he pushed me off saying that the car has no warranty and that I didn't give them the "opportunity" to fix the issues with the car. This is simply not true, I called them the very next day I had to get the car fixed because I was out of town and couldn't come back for them to fix it, so I had no option but to get the items fixed on my own. However, they did cut me a check for $100 for the tire; this is out of the $2000 I have spent on the car. If the car was properly checked out they would have at least seen the tire was bald in the back. I have exhausted all attempts to communicate with the general manager, and at this point I have exhausted myself. My trunk is still not fixed and every time I call them, come in or text them its always the same story. In the upload you will see that they owed me only for the trunk and the radio not working, however even though I purchased the car as is they reimbursed me for the tire which was not on the We Owe list.

When I spoke to Victor the GM on the phone in october and told him that I had to get all the repairs done on the car not even 3 days after having it he said that he would take care of me. When I got to the dealership he sat up and lied right in my face and told me he wouldn't give me back more then $100 for a tire because i didnt give them the opportunity to fix it (even though i explained to multiple people there that i was going out of town to GA). It's ridiculous and World Auto is nothing but liars and scammers. How about when you told the bank that we put 3500 on the car but only paid 3000 and came up with a 541 car payment for a piece of junk car. Your business is based on tricking people into believeing that they have chosen the best option because you work with them when all you do is lie and try to charge extra fees. I want reimbursement for every month that I have had to struggle to make my deliveries in my car because I didn't have access to my trunk. You lie and say the part was on back order but that's not what you said when I was there in November, and that's not what the text messages that I attached say either. Now all of a sudden when my car payment is due you all of a sudden have the part???? You had 30days according to your weowe receipt to fix it, I want to see when it was actually ordered. You had stated to our manager that you wanted any damages and wear caused by yourself to be covered by the dealership within the first 30 days of purchase, which is not the case in any vehicle purchase. All our vehicles are inspected at the time of purchase and then again once they reach the dealership, only then does the vehicle go on the lot for sale. The invoice that you had sent us was for maintenance and wear items, which are not covered by any of the aftermarket warranties which we offer that you would have opted to purchase. Nevertheless, we believe in customer service, and I would like you to reach out to me personally and I will also be reaching out to you tomorrow to schedule you we-owe repairs and find an acceptable resolution to your problem and hopefully make your experience a positive one.     Dear Better Business Bureau, On May 13 2022, I financed a car from (World Auto inc ) for $25,028.73 (Exeter ***********) is my lender My complaint is because World Auto Inc sold me an unsafe car with the warning error sign on the dashboard and the car sometimes switch from automatic to manual transmission by itself and would get slower and lock up the car...the sale man and mechanic said to buy a new battery....and I did, but it doesn't work well. I feel like the car is unsafe. On May 13 2022 I financed a car from World Auto inc ...the saleman sent me to the back of the shop for the mechanic to fix the warning sign on the dashboard,after 5 hours , he could not get it fixed...the mechanic then went into the dealership and told the sales man something.....the sale man then came outside and told me that the ac doesn't work. And he will get it fixed....I said yes for sure do it......the mechanic took the car back to the shop and bought it back and gave the keys to the salesman, (So the salesman came in back inside the dealership with the final sale papers and said, it's fixed, so I put my signature on the paper) , We then walked out to the car, then the salesman told me he doesn't have the original keys to the car So he got one made....I said ok....he then started up the engine.....when he did the warning error sign was still there.....and I already signed the final sale papers.. the salesman told me to come to get it fixed on two occasions and it was never fixed, I just got the run around. ******* *********** tried to negotiate on my behalf but the General Manager was very rude and confrontational ,and the representative didn't get a chance to explain why he thought I deserved to have another car ,and that they didn't support that type of injustice to their customers, ******* said I should make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they would support me if I need it, I have a complaint in their system.....Please help me, you guys are my last hope.

    On October 8,2022 I financed a car at World auto in Orlando FL.I paid$3000 down plus tax tag and insurance with a remaining balance of$1300 on the down payment which I was told I had 30 days to pay.I was also told my payment would be $500 a month.When the finance company called me to verify my monthly payments I told them I wanted to talk to the dealership about what we had agreed on to which they responded that they would give me a call back.I lost my phone soon after and had to get a new one but I still had access to my email.on October 22,2022 they repossessed the car with no past due bills and no warning.I asked the dealership for a refund of my down payment since the contract was canceled without warning.They told me no l could not get a refund or anything back.
