      From January of 2022 to September 2022 Builderall (owend by e-Business4us Inc.) has been double-billing me for the same service and will only refund the last 30-days. Due to a clerical error on their end I am having to pay for their mistake: Paying 2X for a duplicate service I never used or asked for. I am nauseated by their lack of integrity and complete lack of ownership of the situation.

I understand the problem at hand, and fortunately, it wasn't a misunderstanding or technical issue on our end. It seems you were paying for separate accounts. In which, it would NOT be a double charge. The user when paying two separate accounts, are subject to the terms and conditions individually. We will gladly refund double charges if conducted on the same account with no questions asked. Unfortunately, it seems that the accounts mentioned were paid for separately unintentionally. We have many users whom operate multiple accounts, and each account is obligated to follow the terms and conditions, regardless if the operator(s) of the account is the same person. The terms and conditions do not cater to intention due to our platform being based on referalls. If we were to provide the refunds, it would negate that amount entirely from the affiliate who referred you, through no fault of their own. Which is why we enforce strongly our terms and conditions - to protect the referalls and commissions of our affiliates. The user upon registration is required to accept our terms and conditions. These are the terms you have agreed to. We will be enforcing it in equality with all. Have a great rest of your day. Take care! However, Builderall is great at avoiding their financial responsibilities and the REAL issue at hand - that they did not cancel my duplicate account when I first set up my account. Was their website buggy and not properly concluding the purchase online on several attempts? Yes. Did I try to install their software multiple times? Yes. Was I concerned about duplicate accounts? Yes. Did I call them and ask to cancel any duplicate accounts? Yes. Did they confirm that any duplicate accounts were canceled? Yes. Did they actually follow through with the cancellation? NO. And this is the problem they are cowardly and greedily running away from... Please refund duplicate charges caused by your mistake, Builderall. Integrity in today's business world really is a differentiator. I hope you realize the damage that a few hundred dollars ACTUALLY does to your brand... What could have been a cordial parting of ways and possible coming back and even referring other clients or becoming an affiliate for Builderall... all gone. Sad, really.
