    I made an online purchase through Coastal Firearms for a handgun for my wife. The seller was one of the few online stores that carried the item I wanted to purchase and was the only one that responded back to me when inquiring about the item.I made the payment (via bitcoin through the CashApp app as instructed, due to "federal regulations") and received an order email.After shipping, via Trust Cargo Logistics, there was a problem with the package ("too many items were sent") and the package was on hold.The seller is no longer communicating with me and the shipping company is not responding to any communications to their office.

    On August 13th, 2024, I made a purchase on Coastal Firearms website. Payment was confirmed via email on August 14th. I have not received my item, a tracking number nor an update regarding my purchase. I have attempted to contact the company via email with no response.

    On or about 23APR2024, I purchased a Benelli M4 Field Stock from the business in question. Upon ordering, I was sent an email that I would have to pay via PayPal friends and family due to regulations. I paid the amount of $138.70, and was given shipping information. The package was shipped through TrustCargo Logistics, and on 28APR2024 TrustCargo Logistics informed me that I would have to pay another $10 fee and $90 in insurance, or my package would not be delivered. Coastal Firearms did not disclose this to me, as I would not have placed the order had I known that. After a lengthy conversation with TrustCargo Logistics, they informed me I could only pay that $100 through PayPal Friends and Family. I informed them that that was not an option, and instead sent a PayPal Goods and Services payment with the associated fee factored in. They told me this was not acceptable, and refunded me, demanding I send it friends and family. I declined and said to return the package to sender (Coastal Firearms). I have attempted to make contact with Coastal Firearms regarding this issue multiple times, being met with silence. I fear that their payment methods and choice of shipping company identifies this business as a scam that requires investigation. Do I need my money back? I'd prefer it, but really I want their business investigated THOROUGHLY for fraudulent business practice and put on notice for this fact.

    On February18 I tried to make a transaction with Coastal Firearms for a kimber 300 win . I was told to send the money to ************************* due to Paypal restrict Firearms policy. The money was sent I cannot reach the dealer will not answer any of my emails , phone was disconnected. I have included many photos of the emails. I would very much like to have this issue resolved get a refund and the Better Business Bureau needs to look into an investigation of this company and have their FFL removed.

    I ordered 3 bags of rifle brass to meet the 100.00-dollar minimum order. Attempted to use the website Chat feature, it was disabled. Attempted to call **************** the phone rings busy and hangs up. Tried to e mail the owner and the e mail bounced as a dead address. This is on me as After becoming suspicious, I was easily able to determine, the web site was a scam.!

    On 12/30/2023, I was searching on-line to make a purchase on gun powder. CoastalFirearmshop.com came up. The website looked legit. After selecting the product and checking out, I got an email from the "company" telling me to select the PayPal option ****************** due to PayPals strict regulation against firearms and any ammunition purchases. After making the payment of $152.00 using this option, I never got confirmation of shipping. So, when I tried to call them, the listed telephone number just sounded busy. I tried chatting with them using the on-line service but would get an error message and to try later. I also emailed them back asking them for shipping confirmation, but no response. Soon right after, I did a search regarding possible scam, and saw several other forums stated that it was a fraudulent website. ***This Website needs to be investigated by the *** and shut down immediately. As of today, it is still up and running***

    i placed an order online 12/24/2023. i later received payment instructions via email to send money through paypal. they have been non-responsive to my emails since then. an attempt to contact on the phone showed their phone number doesnt work nor the online chat option on their website. my order number is ***** at a total cost of 226.00$.

    12/5/2023 Buying a conversion kit Tells you to send the money as family and friends so you have no way to get it back.
