      PLEASE DO NOT GET SOLAR PANELS, ROOFING, OR ANYTHING ELSE DONE WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ******* AND HAVE A 20 YEAR WARANTEE ON IT, AND I CALLED THEM, BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS AND COMPLETELY IGNORE ME. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY PROMISE TO COME AND FIX PROBLEMS AND THEY DON'T. I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT IMMEDIATELY. I REGRET HAVING MY SOLAR PANELS BE DONE BY THEM.

      Our sales reps always inform customers that they will receive a Federal Tax CREDIT, it is not a REFUND.Your system is producing decently, we'd be happy to compare your current consumption to your production if you could send us a recent utility bill, or even call in, we'd be happy to address any issues you're experiencing. Prior to this review, we have not heard from you in regards to any issues, or at all since your install.

      DO NOT PURCHASE A TANKLESS WATER HEATER WITHOUT DOING YOUR RESEARCH. THEY SOLD US A TANKLESS HEATER TO SMALL FOR OIR HOME. 4 hours after installation we contracted Chris after noticing the problem…….. NO RESPONSE. Had to call a a licensed plumber……not good news at all

      I would recommend this company to anyone interested in solar. I have been a customer of American Energy for over two years and am very pleased with my solar and tankless water. They have always been there when I had a question. Everything is American made how can you go wrong?
