    These people are scam artists! Do not order from them. I ordered a case of wine 12 bottles.....i recieved 1 bottle for *****, a bottle that cost 9.99 anywhere in town, plus ***** shipping. I called and emailed for an explanation, i was told i only ordered 1 bottle, no refunds would be made. I told them i will send this 1 bottle back, i want a refund or the remaining 11 bottles sent asap.....they have ghosted me, they must have my number in their system to not answer, and **** respond to emails now. SCAMMING CONARTISTS.

    I order a bottle of liquor from this website that didn`t say it was pre-order. I would not have ordered it. They took the bottle off their website so I don`t have proof to dispute my claim. I have repeatedly called them about where my product was. Finally they told me it was a pre-order.I asked them for a refund. They won`t give me a refund even though it`s been 3 months.I still haven`t received my order. Now their saying it`s at their fulfillment center being processed after I keep asking for a refund. Then the lady told me if I refuse the merchandise I`ll will lose because they take out a 35% restocking fee. That`s not on their website. This company is a rip off Never have I dealt with a on liquor store who hold your money for three months still have not mailed your product keep giving you the run around, won`t let you talk to any one higher up workers and online chat all tell you something different and is insisting on keeping your money. People Do Not Buy from this online place this is terrible! They don`t rank a one

    Reached out to them 3 times. I placed an overpriced order for a gift 10 days ago and it's still processing. $30 for shipping and nothing. They took my money and did not fill my order. I've asked for a refund and was told no. So basically I was robbed and people need to know to beware

    Ordered from their website on November 11th online it said package would arrive by 11/20. They never emailed me tracking information so I reached out to make sure someone was home. I was then informed it takes 3-5 business days to ship. That didnt happen. The 20th came nothing. Reached out for a refund and was told there would be a 35% restock fee. They didnt ship nor where there delivery times accurate this was supposed to be a gift. Restock what you never shipped or pulled a product because you dont have it. Now its the 22nd still not a word. I disputed with my ***********

    I learned that my boyfriend's family is of Clan Bell. Upon research and talking with fellow Clan Bell members, I learned that the Clan has their own whiskey distillery in ********. I proceeded to purchase a bottle through the Cask Cartel website for our anniversary. The bottle is ****** ********************************* Edition Whiskey, 700 ml. Pricing on the website is $149.99 and total with shipping from a location that had the bottle was $206.52, shipping cost $50.38. It took time for the bottle to be shipped. Purchase made on August 6, 2024. Bottle shipped from a location in ****** August 15, 2024 and arrived on my doorstep August 19, 2024. If I had done further researching, even though I felt I did plenty, I would have found Master of Malt who has the same bottle for $19.45 and will ship for $61.26, totaling $80.71. So be aware that Cask Cartel does seem to greatly overprice their bottles and you may not know when you will get the bottle or have updates as to the status of what you purchase. I do not believe I will be purchasing from the company again due to the overinflated pricing, and uncertainty if I was to receive the bottle. 2 stars are given because I did received the bottle, but I was ripped off in my opinion. Other reviews reflect my feelings for this company.

    I had the same experience of many people I see reviewing this company. I believed I was buying a case of wine plus shipping plus insurance for the shipping. I was shocked to receive 1 bottle!! Judging from other's reviews this is clearly a scam. I am disputing it with my credit card company. I hope I can save other people from what my experience has been.

    I only ordered from this site, because the item I wanted was unavailable elsewhere. The order was placed on 7/3 and the product finally arrived on 7/21. I had to ask where my purchase was twice. While they were responsive to my inquiries, their lack of accountability in their business model is very apparent. Refunds are virtually out of the question and having a direct line of communication with the upstream retailer is non-existent. They refer to themselves as a, "marketplace". Essentially, they are a broker or better yet, a middleman business. Simply put, I tried their service and was dissatisfied with their lack of accountability, poor transparency and very high markup costs. I am only giving them one star, because zero stars was not an option.
