    I canceled my membership through the website that this business uses (Vagaro) before November. They still continued to charge me for November, December, and January. When I noticed they were still charging me, I called and explained the situation. They responded by saying that you actually have to email and cancel your membership and that the website won't cancel it and that it is on a "contract" that I do not recall signing. They are deceiving customers into thinking they have cancelled their membership with the "cancel membership" option on Vagaro and still charging them. I have since learned that ****** also has an option for the business to add a disclaimer that explains to customers that you have to call the business to cancel membership but they chose not to use this disclaimer. I emailed them to cancel and refund me the money they've been charging me and all they said was that it was going to be cancelled on February 8'th and stopped responding to my emails. So, they've deceived me into thinking the membership was cancelled, charged me for 3 months for services I have not used, and will probably be charging me again at the beginning of February. I don't know how long they've been doing this and how many people they've deceived but they need to do better as a business and remove that option because it isn't right at all. Don't put an option to cancel your membership if it DOESN'T CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP and please stop playing with people's money.

    I requested for this company to refund me back my money after this take had messed up my eyebrows and racially profiled me I am an African-American female the women's name is Lindey calls me the N-word. she was making nasty words to me.
