    I ordered a ********************* for my 2016 F250. After installing the radio the *** would not connect. The Sirius worked fine. Infotainment Tech Support asked me to reset the radio and drive my truck around for 4 days to see if it would get satellites to lock on. After 4 days of no success I sent the radio back and waited almost 2 full weeks for a replacement. I opened the box and found a nasty replacement radio - volume k*** cracked, k**** had the paint chipped off and very worn. One push button had damage. The CD slot was filthy with dirt. This thing came directly from a junk yard. I called Infotainment.com and they sent me a RMA. I told them I want a refund and no restocking fee. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there is nothing they could do for me. STAY AWAY!

    I ordered upgraded car stereo equipment but was sent the incorrect items. I contacted the company and was given a return authorization. I returned the incorrect items the same day I received them. It took a couple of weeks and then received a credit on my credit card. Unfortunately they they retained a 15% return fee that I was not informed about. I have contacted the company but they refuse to give me a full refund. I feel I should have been informed about the 15% return fee when I was given the return. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a fraud charge.

    I shipped out my 8.4 uconnect screen to be repaired (delamination) by this company and got nervous so I researched the company to make sure it was legit and came across the BBB site on it.... which then made me even more nervous from the complaints... but I can tell you there was no need to be nervous. I shipped out the display next day ***** on 1/16/24 (due to the weather didn't get there until 1/19/24. I received an email from infotainment confirming they got it on 1/19/24. Then on the following Tuesday got an email saying the unit was repaired and was being shipped back to me. Just received it back today on 1/25/24 so only 2 1/2 business days later (not including the shipping) the unit was fixed and returned to me. Plugged it in and it works like a charm. So glad I used infotainment.com to fix the screen instead of having to spend a fortune going through the dealership! Well worth it and highly recommend! order #******

    Absolute trash customer service, tried to make an online purchase and had issues so made a phone call just to talk to **** who was rude and unprofessional and then hung up on me. I would do without before I spent a dime with this company!

    horrible company..took 399 from me then called and said it was going to be $599 which we paid..2 weeks later they had no idea i sent the radio in for repair..now im fighting to get my money back..do not use this company they take your $ and run..

    I tried two serperate radios that did not work. $4600 later and no fix, sending both back.

    I don’t feel like a valued customer between the 6 week customer wait time, customer service delay, technical support asking basic questions, and the inability to find a unit that will work with my car two times even after I inputted my VIN prior to shipment. A joke, will never use this company again, I’m so happy to be done with this scam.

    Infotainment is a JOKE!
    I have a 2014 Ram 1500 and purchased an 8.4in bezel with manual volume control back in May. Well, the volume stopped working a week ago. I contacted support this morning and they said it couldn't be exchanged but they'd give me a good discount on a replacement. Here's the kicker: I paid $149 back in May and they are trying I charge me $140 today saying there's a $60 discount off the total price. WHERE?!?! Also, Ryan was very rude. What a freaking joke!

    Ordered a replacement RER for my Jeep Wrangler. System came in, installed with no problems except the UConnect part was not working. Called Customer Service and a Tech and I walked through the Service mode to enable the Bluetooth and reset the radio.
    We all learned something about the system and the radio is working as original.
    Awesome service and followup.

    Placed an order on May 1st. Web site say 1-3 day delivery. It's now May 31st and on parts. Took my money ($2,200) for items they didn't have in stock. When asked about delivery got lots of lip service, told me what they thought I wanted to hear, but not the truth. Finally cancelled the order.
