The day they finish painting, I came by to discover paint all over my brand new tile floors and my brand new carpet on my stairs. There was paint in my grout everywhere, that is not coming out. The crew tried to claim they never painted my stairs and when pointed out to them with pictures, they took it upon themselves to cut my carpet that had paint on it. They made right by finally accepting they painted my brand new carpet and installed the same carpet again after some push back. They installed the carpet themselves so if there is any issue with labor or the carpet, I do not get my lifetime guarantee through my flooring company anymore because my store didn't install it, which is very upsetting. Unfortunately, I was not informed that they were painting all the way to my ceilings to cover up some paint from the previous owners so there was no communication. They included a 10% off my bill for the problems and painted a bit of trim for me which was nice. Unfortunately, I didnt want to have to keep going back and forth with them so theres spots and face plates they never took off to paint that Im going to just have to do myself. They started on my exterior and the 2nd day they did my exterior, my AC all of a sudden stopped workingI called out an AC company and they informed me that it was dented as if someone was standing on top of it. This traumatic event led to the coils being ruined and now I have to pay $3,200 for a brand new outside AC unit that would have been fine if said traumatic event didnt happen to my outside unit considering my inside unit is perfectly fine and my unit is a 2018 and shouldnt need to be replaced. The outside of my house does look good and had no issues besides my AC unit. The crew that did my interior was nothing but problems. Nails and faceplates were left everywhere. ****** was fine with us submitting payment even though we specifically said we were NOT happy with the work done and it was not professional looking at all.
