Good day ,I sent emails ( I believe close to a dozen)to Weiss Ratings that said:Arrange to cancel the following transaction never ordered by me and billed on my Amex card 2024-04-09 . My last authorized purchase was end of march.This transaction occurred the day after solar eclipse and must have hit your electronic equipment and it was the day after my birthday, what a surprise!!Twice I spoke to customer service to investigate this transaction that I never purchase , wrote numerous email , acknowledged by ***** that I would get a call to resolve this claim. My last conversation was with ******* 2024-05-28 between 8:30-8:45 that I would get an email covering this claim.Still waiting.My next move will be to contact the founder of this corporation Dr ********************** to clear this , never able to get email address and I will contact The Better Business Bureau to enter aclaim as well and advise also Amex that this transaction was not authorized by me.This will occur this Friday night after closing your closing hours.
