              You get absolutely nothing for them managing your home insurance. Was notified by my home insurance company that they hadn't received payment yet. I have an escrow account which had always been managed by other agencies that I've dealt with when and where to send the insurance payment and if there was any increase. For the second year and I'll say it will be the last one, they have failed at this. Last year stating that they had me down as paying direct and after several attempts, corrected this error. Here we are again this year, they've done the same thing again. This time though, one of the owners let us know that it was up to us to notify our mortgage holder with sending them a new policy declaration. They also didn't explain why there was over a 30% increase. Mind you, I've had no claims. So tell me please, why do I need them?
