            Dunn Deal planted 14 Bushes to form a hedge. Within weeks of the planting 4 of the bushes withered and died. Dunn Deal blamed the drought but 10 plants are well cared for and are thriving. The dead plants were improperly planted and/or defective. I requested that the plants be replaced or that I get a refund for the dead plants. This request was denied. The cost of all 14 plants was $380. I only wanted replacement or refunds for the 4 dead plants. During the phone call about the hedge, they got belligerent, cursed at me and I canceled their lawn cutting service as of June 30, but they canceled me immediately and stated that they would keep my money, even though their services were paid for the entire month of June. I would like a refund for the remaining 2 week period on June. This amount would be $60.

            This is an absolute garbage company with an unprofessional and rude employees/owners. They do not stand behind their work, will never guarantee any of their jobs, will not fix what they destroy. We were their customers. After speaking with ***** (customer service, lol) he actually raised his voice and said they are tired of people always calling with complaints. BBB got in touch with them regarding our issue, and the company said they never did any jobs for us!!! Absolute awful people! STAY AWAY and save your money and aggravation.

            Hello ******, we understand your frustration. However we have taken care of your property for lawn maintenance professionally and it concerns us that you would go to extreme lengths over your concerns of 4 dead plants that we didn't plant for you. We have gone through about 3 to 4 channels between ********* BBB Complaints, BBB Review, etc to make sure any new or old customers understand that you are harassing our organization over small issues that frankly we did not do. We will give you one last warning that if you and your husband continue to act like children by posting the same stuff over and over on our platforms that we will gather all the written evidence between the BBB and other platforms and we will be suing you for ************************ We are a company that works extremely hard to deliver what very few companies can not do in our industry. It's crazy that full grown adults can act like children in this way. This will be your last warning before we bring a lawsuit to you and your husband it's time to grow up and act your age. God bless and will pray for you and your husband to grow up.
