Been with them for 1.5 years. In the middle of my second contract they asked for verification of my ESA letter that was already approved and signed for the current lease. They were provided with the information to verify the validity of the letter. Instead i was served with a lease violation on a Friday night with 7 days to respond or vacate. Reason is due to unapproved pets on premise. Ya know, the pets that were approved for the past year and half that were both declared on the notarized lease. Beyond ridiculous. 10 years of rental history with zero issues and this is how i was treated by this company.

The underwriter at Everest Realty requires all household to submit an updated *** letter at renewal every year. When doing an audit we found that we did not have the updated letter on file. Once the letter was received and confirmed with the underwriter we rescinded the notice of non compliance.

The letter was 3 years old the first and second time a lease was signed with you. So you are telling me the ** missed this for years and as soon as the market turns you attempted to alter my lease agreement 6 months after signing the lease? Just to make a few bucks on pet fees? Ridiculous and shameless. Maybe better business practices would prevent reviews like this from happening. However i doubt that will occur considering your rating here.

Horrible place to rent through. When I moved in July the ** was not working for close to a week. I had a 6 month old at the time. They didnt compensate us in any way. Our ** went out again for a month leading up to us moving out and they still charged us to replace the ** filters. **** and everyone else associate with this company are board line scammers

Terrible service. Not polite staff. Unexpected fees. I am wondering they have so many negative reviews and, probably, The ****************************** have to know that.

I was worried when I started seeing the horror stories regarding the move out process for this company. I recently end a 1 year lease, paid on time each month and never complained. I did however take pictures and video at move-in and move-out. The company also sent me a message saying not to clean the property at move out since I would be billed per my lease agreement. We cleaned anyway. Here we go: $400 cleaning fee, $500 to "steam-clean tile", $85 for weeds (there were no weeds at move-out), $85 to trim bushes (we had trimmed the week of move-out), The list goes on an just happens to almost exactly equal one month's rent. I am going the legal route and will pursue the owners of the home in a civil case if needed.

Good afternoon,I wanted to point out that Everest Realty does not submit the claims against security deposits. The claims come directly from the owners. We(Everest Realty) are considers the escrow holders. Once we receive the claim we type it up on a formal letter and mail to the tenants. On both the lease and the security deposit claim letter it states "landlords intentions to impose a claim for damages against the security deposit ".

OMG, Im glad Im not the only one who thinks these folks are scamming left and right. I rented from them for 2 years , and was miserable the WHOLE time, inspections evey 3 months, and if 1 thing isnt as it should be, 7 day notice is recvd, IE: I got a notice because the drain stopper wasnt in the tub drain,, ughh was broken when we moved in , it was crazy. Then if you renew your lease, THEY CHARGE you almost 1000 to do so, and your not told this in the beginnig, so SURPRISE !! *** NEVER had to pay to renew a lease. we moved in and the house was filled with roaches , they said, " thats your problem" BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE- ID give -10 stars if I could

HOW IS THIS COMPANY EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS?! Over $9,000 to get into the home and $4900 of it was a security deposit. We moved out and now ****** only trying to give me $2700 back. Taking out bogus charges against me. For example: $45 for taking a dog chain off of a tree. Another example is $85 for LIGHT BULBS that werent burnt out. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! REPORT THEM. Had to give a star to post this but this company deserves negative stars and then more.

Don't walk, but RUN away from renting through this company. Everest is extremely unprofessional and they do not care about their clients. They will put you through hoops to try and get one question answered. Price gouging rental prices for houses with appliances that are falling apart. The houses are left filthy for you to move into and they claim they "get them cleaned" prior to moving in. They ***** you $400 to get the rental cleaned when you move out, but they cannot provide a receipt of that service. Not to mention the invasion of privacy every few months when they send in an inspector with 360 degree cameras into your home. ***** and **** are the only people you can reach at the office and they copy and paste the same emails over and over again. They do not have the renters best interest at heart. Run. I have been renting for years and my experience with this company was by far the worst I have ever had.

Horrible company. Can not get your property manager in person, only by text or email. They overcharge their rental prices doing damage to the market. They overcharge bogus fees, make bogus charges against exorbitant deposits in order to not return them to tenants. They do not take care of properties and do the bare minimum if they do anything. Very unprofessional! Very crooked!
