I brought my daughter's 2014 **** Escape because her air conditioning system was blowing hot air. They not only did not repair the system improperly, they also caused it not to be able to be started. After many excuses, they called to say the repair was completed over a week later. My daughter drove the vehicle for less than a week, same problem occurred much worse. We had to repair Palm Springs AC and Autos work plus more. This additional work cost thousands more. If you value your time and money, please don't take your vehicle to this shop. Also, you will be cursed at and no one will take accountability for their actions! PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

MISS ****** YOUR VIHICLE CAME FOR AC PROBLEM . AFTER WICH WE SPEACIAL IN YOU VEH RECIEVED A NEW AC COMPRESSOR AND NEW EXPANTION VAVE AND PUMP DOWM RESEAL SYSTEM. AFTER COPMPLETION , I THE **** WENT TO START YOUR CAR AND YOUR SECURITY LIGH WAS FLAHING THEN CALL YOU AND ASKED HAVE YOU HAVE HAD A NEW A NEW KEY MADE ( YOU STATED NO) . THEN CONTACTED **** AND GAVE VIN NUMBER AND THERE AHD BEEN A NEW KEY BRIUGHT BY YOU . AFTER NUMOUSE LIES FROM YOU WED ETECTED THE PROBLEM. WICTH WAS NOT CHARGED TO YOU. YOUR AC SYSTEM IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY , BUT I KNEW BY TALKING TO YOU AND SEEING THE CONDITION OF YOU DRESS CODE . I KNEW THEN YOUR WERE A ONFUESSED LADY. YOU WALKED YOUR DOG INTO THE OFFICE WITH A DOG LEASE AND YOU WERE DRESSED AS A CAT.Review from DeAngelo B

I had an alarming experience at Palm Springs Automotive that I feel compelled to share. During my recent visit for a condenser replacement, a staff executed the repair by cutting my vehicle's battery terminal and improvising a hot wire to connect it to the ** compressor. This makeshift solution resulted in an immediate fire in the engine bay right after picking up my car.Upon confronting *****, the owner, with photographic evidence of the fire and the faulty work, he flatly denied any responsibility. Instead of taking accountability, he suggested that I file an insurance claim for the damages caused by his team's subpar repair job.Frustratingly, when I brought my vehicle back to address these issues, it languished in their yard for days without any attention. ***** prioritized assisting other customers who arrived after me, leaving my concerns unaddressed.Now, seeking repairs from a more reputable shop will set me back over $2,000. This entire ordeal has not only cost me financially but also eroded my trust in Palm Springs Automotive. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise seeking automotive services elsewhere.Review from Peter M

My A/C compressor needed to be replaced and I went to this place because it was walking distance to my office! The owner ***** was there and was very nice and very fair with me not only on price, but they did an EXCELLENT job on fixing my cars A/C!! I will recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone that need automotive help or repairs!! Great job *****!!! THANK YOU!!
