    I received a complaint that you initiated with the BBB regarding your move-out statement and refund. During your residency thus far now, I have only received 1 email from you and that was on 9/6/23 regarding your September rent, this had been addressed. (Photos attached).

    Regarding your concerns or failure to provide your refund,we issued you a refund check and the entirety of your Security deposit in the amount of $500, to the address you provided upon your departure. (Photo attached). If you have not received your refund check, please let me know and I will have corporate void and reissue you a new one right away.

    You claim that we are indebted to you for the pet fees you incurred while you resided in our community, but as previously discussed numerous times your pet profiles were never fully executed to represent *** animals, nor were they approved/deemed *** animals through our ************ platform.(Photos attached of the profiles you personally created, listing them as household pets). Therefore, they were not approved *** animals and we will not be refunding you any form of pet fees.

    Furthermore, just to clarify you paid $600 in non-refundable pet fees along with a $25 pet rent per pet each month. I have attached your full account ledger for your reference.

    I will also be providing the BBB with the information I have extended to you today so that we are all current and on the same page. Please let me know if you have any questions, our intentions have not changed from our first interaction with you. We are always here to help, and I apologize if you feel differently, but I cannot help if you do not bring your concerns to my attention.
