      They are absolutely terrible! They said the monthly price wouldnt increase., sure enough it did! I tried to cancel and it wants to charge me ***** plus tax. Then was told opps we forgot to tell you about that when you signed up.. are you kidding me!? Definitely a scam! They dont stand by their product either

      Our records show that you enrolled with a 3-month subscription which included a special 20% off promotion.  To enroll as a Perks Member, you have the below options.  And then you are entitled to the Perks members pricing and not retail pricing.
      Purchase the one-time Perks Membership Fee at checkout for just $19.95 USD or
      Commit to a 3-month Subscription and have the Membership fee waived!

      Please know the IT WORKS! Perks Membership it is stated on the IT WORKS! website before you even enroll at ****************************************** .  As an exception, we refunded you the membership fee and no more charges will incur.

      I have serious health issues because of their products, not only i tried to return the items that were open, but also the unopen ones, i heard of my friend who just have a miscariage due to their products, I lost my money, my time and just to get seriously sick, I wish people can research their products before using them

      This company its terrible. They say try it, but its a subscription and apparently you can't get them to stop charging you. The products didn't work for me at all and even tho Ive asked over and over for them to stop every month they charge me. This month I haven't gotten the products but they charged me anyway. I'm very upset.

      We are sorry to hear about this matter.  Our records show that you contacted our **************** Support on May 28, 2024, about the products and cancelled your recurring orders.  You were advised to file a Lost Order Claim Form since you did not receive the 3rd order.  Our normal procedure is to send a replacement order.  However, due to the circumstances and the nature of your call we have issued a refund today.  Please know that this is an exception to our procedures.

      These products do not work. People wouldn't be buying them if they didn't need to use weight. You do what is says and you still don't lose weight. Over priced and can not cancel without being charged. Don't waste your time and don't get excited because they don't work.

      They do not advertise or should i say the distributors fail to mention, that you have to enroll in auto ship- and it will be a monthly subscription until after you purchase the product. I specifically told the distributor that i did not have money for another month or so. i wanted to wait to see how i would feel after a month, she said i could. I went to cancel it today and i have to pay an additional $20 plus taxes? That is absurd. I don't have this type of money. I feel so scammed. I did cancel all my cards so i am hoping that i will not be charged next month. Don't get suckered in like i did. I wished they cared about customers.

      We do care about our customer’s and had wished you contacted IT WORKS! about this matter.  If a customer was not fully informed of the Subscription Agreement prior to enrollment, then we will waive the membership fee.  We just credited you the fee and depending on your financial institution it may take a couple of days to credit you the funds.  Our Perks Member Agreement should have been explained as follows:   Purchase the one-time Perks Membership Fee at checkout for just $19.95 USD or Commit to a 3-month Subscription and have the Membership fee waived!  When you join the IT WORKS! Perks Program, you will save 25% off retail price on all orders!  We will send a reminder to your Distributor with a teaching about the Perks Membership.

      I ordered nothing the representative put my file on automatic renewal and I advised her the same day returned the package was returned I was charged over $250.00 they received package as I have the tracking and yet no credit . They are not transparent nor worthy . Order nothing ******

      Do not order anything from this incompetent company. I placed an order for over $100 and the package was not delivered. They use a horrible courier named Deliver it for their packages and the company is known to not deliver packages and lie and say they did. I called It Works and their customer service person just kept repeating "it says it was delivered" and "you need to call the courier". I told her I did and the courier does not answer the phone so how about she call them and of course she wouldn't. I then went online and submitted a ticket that my order was not delivered and they replied that I need to go track down my package. This is what they said "Please check in and around your home, as well as with your neighbors to see if the package was misplaced or was left with someone else. If you are unable to locate your order, you'll need to contact the courier to verify the delivery details. You will need to file a lost order investigation if the package is nowhere to be found." So instead of having good customer service and either refunding my money or resending my products, they have bad customer service and literally want me to jump through hoops. I will be seeking a lawyer for recourse and filing a complaint with the Florida AG.

      I HAD COMMENTED ON A FB POST ABOUT SOMEONE NEEDING *********************** LOSING 30-40LBS IN 3 MONTHS SO I COMMENTED BOUGHT THE GUMMIES TRIED THEM FOR 2 MONTHS, TRIED 1 MONTH OF FLAT AND AN A HALF MONTH OF BURN AND I GAINED WEIGHT, PLUS HAD TERRIBLE HEADACHES AND STOMACH ISSUES. AND WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL I HAD TO PAY $19.50 TO CANCELWHICH IS NOT FAIR!! THIS IS SUCH A SCAM! DON'T BUY INTO THE ******

      Horrible company! Do NOT order from them. I tried Flat and Simply Aloe to help with stomach issues and it gave me horrible headaches! I let the distributor know and said there is nothing she can do, so I reached out to the company. Then I found out I was in a 3 month order requirement. The representative was kind and offered to remove me from the three month requirement. But...I was not able to get a refund for the $90 I spent on these products that gave me headaches. I was shocked. It shows you how shady a company is when they do not offer money back guarantee. They know their products are not good, so cannot offer a money back guarantee or they would go under. The representative (she was very nice!) apologized and said there is nothing she could do, but encouraged me to send an email which I did. Received an email back that basically said - we won't do anything. I looked up the other companies that I am buying products from (network companies) and their ratings are great! They offer 100% guarantee on products and put the customers first. It Works does NOT put their customers first. I am sure I will receive a response to this stating our return and refunds policies are...blah blah Maybe if the company offered 100% guarantee and put customers first, they wouldn't have these horrible reviews. Stay away from it.
