    I was signed up for what was to be only a 3 months subscription. I was charged for 5 months! I had to reach out to the girl that set me up for the 3 months. She claimed she did only sign me up for 3 months and gave me the number to contact them. I had just had surgery and was in the middle of other life changes I ended up with two unopened packages that I wrote refused on as I did not want them and wanted the money back for the 2 months i should of never received any products from them. I dropped the 2 packages off at the post office on December 4th. I was told i couldnt get a tracking number for any of the items I dropped off. I was fine with that as I have done this type of thing before and have never had any issues until this company! I have not been refunded anything! When I called they said I should call back in a month. The interesting thing is I also did another package from TikTok shop when I did these two. ****** shop got the package back within 2 weeks and my refund was issued. This company is ridiculous and it seems that this is how they make more money by working like a scammer. I have no products as they were returned and they r refusing to refund me what is owed now Im out $336 bucks! Which is a lot when ur a single parent that was out of work for 2 months due to a surgery! I will leave bad reviews on any platform I come across with this company. ******************. The person I spoke to when I called could barely speak English and couldnt understand what I was saying. I literally had to repeat things and break it down over and over in hopes the person would understand but she didnt which is why I believe she said to call back in a month.

    Hi *******,

    Thank you for contacting us. When the 3-month subscription is completed you can cancel the subscription at anytime by logging in to your account, submitting a support ticket, emailing or calling our **************** team. As we never received any contact from you and do not show that you logged in to your account to cancel, the subscription was never cancelled. When an order is returned to sender the post office uses the original tracking number and using those tracking numbers we do not show that either of your orders were sent back to us, which is why they were not refunded. The last tracking update on both orders shows delivered OR. We never recommend using return to sender as the post office does not have any time frame to which the orders need to be returned. We always recommend using our prepaid shipping labels. At this time we show that you have disputed both orders with your bank and we are unable to provide a refund. However, we can confirm that your account is cancelled and no further charges will occur.

    I was concerned with taking these gummies and after the 3rd day i was SO gassy and stomach cramping i had to stop . My *** said gassy might be a side effect but wasn't sure of anything else . My health is more important then to keep trying these and be in pain .. I noticed on other reviews IT works responses are standard same response to all

    Thank you for contacting us. When enrolling as a perks member there are always two options. The first, is to enroll with the discounted price and pay the membership fee, with no subscription. The second is to enroll with the subscription and the discounted price, without the membership fee. Your initial order shows enrolled with subscription. With the subscription you are welcome to change the products and the date. We do not show that the products on the subscription were changed from the SKNY Gummies and BRN+ to different products. We also show that your January 31st order was disputed with your bank instead of returning the order as our Customer Service team advised. If you would like to reverse the dispute with your bank we would be happy to assist you returning your order for a full refund.

    First Your *** that I used said I would NOT be enrolled in the auto subscription because I did NOT want to be and she swore I wasnt SO come to find out I was without my authorization. Secondly I refused your shipment so its back at your warehouse. I am not happy with your ***resentative or your company

    I wish I would have listened to my gut but I allowed the girl to talk me into it. She promised me a free bottle of sliming gummies which I never received. She promised *** would work just as well at the weight loss shot I was taking and it DOES NOT!! I contacted her about it and she replied that I had to take other products to get the same effect which I'm not going to do. Now I'm stuck wasting money on products that DONT WORK for another 2 months. I just wish I never listened to her or even tried to help her REACH HER GOAL because now I have to order products that will most likely be going in the trash.

    Was not informed up front that I was being entered into a three month long subscription. I have used everything for weight loss following the directions for the last month and did not lose a single pound. When I saw I was being charged for another month I went to cancel, only to see there is a charge for cancelling as well. I do not want to take these products anymore and wish I knew how to get out of the subscription.

Your initial enrollment order shows “Enrolled with Subscription.” The only one-time order we have is for Retail accounts, where you pay the full retail price. You opted for the 3-month subscription, which entitles you to Perks Member pricing, rather than retail pricing.
    To enroll as a Perks Member, you have the following options:
    Purchase the one-time Perks Membership Fee at checkout, or
    Commit to a 3-month Subscription, which waives the Membership Fee.
    Please note that the IT WORKS! Perks Program is listed on our website at https://itworks.com/perks
    We have made an exception to cancel your account and waived the membership fee. No further charges will occur.

    I should have read the reviews and BBB reports prior to ordering today 11/29/2024. Is there a way to cancel without any further obligations? There are far too many negative reviews and I don't have money to be given away for snake oil.

    If I could rate this company a ZERO I would. Here is why: When I joined It Works, I was promised a deal of three products for $75 plus taxsimple and straightforward, right? Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. What I experienced was anything but honest or transparent.The companys customer service is a nightmare. Every time I ask for a supervisor, I get the runaround, and no one ever follows up. Its incredibly frustrating!Based on my experience, this business operates more like a scam. Their promises dont align with their actions, and they seem more interested in taking your money than providing quality service.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding It Works. Dont fall for their misleading claims!

    Thank you for contacting us. We were able to locate your Perks Member account and see that you have been a loyal customer since June of 2020. We also show that when you enrolled you were able to take advantage of our Pick 2/3 pricing promotion. This was a promotion we offered where you could pick from a specific category of products, 2 products for $50 or 3 for $75 (taxes and shipping excluded). Offering these products with promotional pricing meant that the price was always subject to change or cancellation. In 2022 we removed this category and promotion from our website but made an exception to allow customers to keep the pricing, if they already had it on existing orders. We offered this grandfathered pricing through April 2024, when the promotion was fully discontinued. At that time, any customers who had the promotional pricing were emailed and notified that the promotion was ending. Our records show that you contacted customer service several times to confirm that the program was ending and our team confirmed this for you.

    This is not acceptable. This is the worst answer they are simply the worst set of people and company with no apologies as I was told something different when I signed up regardless that they said it was no longer available. They are just plain horrible.

    My niece sold this and I had a wedding coming up so thought why not? Religiously taking SKINNY gummies day and night for 2 months. I gained 2 lbs. Take double! She said. No change. What a scam. Do not buy from them. Do not believe your friends and family who promote this useless snake oil.

    I can't work for a company that uses photos of people who aren't even using the products. They do not disclose product ingredients with customers and made it extremely hard to find the actual ingredients on their site. They are selling to people blindly their products and having their representatives use the products claiming they work. Paceobo!!! People please use a different brand and change your diet. Ancient Nutrition is a great brand that actually tells you the ingredients and they are clean ingredient products.
