Thank you for contacting us. Your initial enrollment order shows Enrolled with Subscription. We always provide two options for customers,you opted for the ******* subscription, which entitles you to Perks members pricing rather than retail pricing.

To enroll as a Perks Member, you have the following options:

Purchase the one-time Perks Membership Fee at checkout, or

Commit to a 3-month Subscription, which waives the Membership Fee.

Please note that the IT WORKS! Perks Program is listed on our website at ******************************************.
Regarding your refund request, we cannot issue a refund without a return of the products. We have emailed you a prepaid shipping label.Please note that this label needs to be used within 7 days.  For more details on our return policy, please refer to ********************************************************************************* a return, we will not be able to issue a refund.
